***NOTICE: Balcony and building construction June 9 - August (weather permitting): The balcony and building construction project is set to begin on June 9, 2025 with an anticipated completion date of August 1, 2025. There will be construction activity daily on the grounds and building. For the duration of the project, guests WILL NOT have access to balconies and windows may be covered. There will be work occurring on both sides of the building, with construction and noise throughout approved daylight hours 8am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday weekly. A discount has been applied to the rental rate during these dates.

The amenities are impressive- a sparkling tropical pool surrounded by palm trees with a hot tub, soothing waterfall and tiki bar, gas grill, a fitness room, garage parking, and access to the sugar white beach right across the street. The location is indeed superb.

Stunning panoramic views of the beach from gulf to bay and resort are just the beginning! This Luau condo offers relaxing space for up to four guests. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area is furnished with plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa, features expansive windows that capture impressive views, and opens to a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. The casual dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to enjoy a quick meal or snack. Conveniently located near the living area is a half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Our tastefully appointed bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath.

The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"The rental unit was everything I expected. The Unit was clean and exactly as described. Sandestin is a great location for exposure to Destin. Would most certainly stay here again. You need to explain "foyer" entrance for this unit better in arrival description.

A fabulous location and a gorgeous view

"Our family stayed at 7708 Luau I for the first time this October. In fact, this was our first time in Florida. The condo was perfect for a family of 4 with amazing views of the ocean, resort and beyond. Easy access to a beautiful pool and hot tub and an easy jaunt to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shop made it easy for our family to relax.

The shuttle service, free to guests of the property, allowed us to adventure to numerous places around the resort. Shuttle drivers were welcoming and helpful.

Lovely Bette from the property management company was an absolute angel and went out of her way to assist us when we ran into some logistical problems (totally our own fault) before and during our stay.

My one minor recommendation would be to look into a new mattress for the fold out sofa. :)

Otherwise, our stay at this condo was fantastic and we can't wait to go back.

"A very nice and convenient one-bedroom stay. Amazing location with views of Gulf and Bayside, amazing pool area and quick walk to beach! We love SanDestin so this was a fun new stay on Beachside. Loved the kitchen and seating as well as laundry in unit a big plus! Some very minor issues-master bath lighting was not working properly and in general a little better lighting and storage in bathroom would help a lot. Everything else was great!

"Condo was great. Well appointed and comfortable. Landlord is strict. Does not provide TP bond a roll, must bring your own (paper towels, too). Only gave us ONE kitchen towel, everything else is good. Sandestin is beautiful. Heavy traffic in Destin and insane in Ft. Walton. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very short walk to the beach. Would stay here again. 17th floor for us, great view.

"We stayed in 7708 Luau for seven days. The pictures shown were exactly what we had. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to cook and grill outside on the gas bbq grills. The views were amazing! You can see the ocean, all of Sandestin Resort and over to Baytown Wharf. The beach is a short distance to walk to and the pool is amazing to just float in and soak up the sun. We will be returning again. The only negative I can say if that the washing machine only fills with hot water, no cold water which I usually wash our clothes.

Beautiful Condo and Great View
