Our beach and golf villa at 532 Augusta Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of the Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 resort swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and golf courses.

Brought to you by Beach Blue Properties! Fully remodeled and stocked, this brand new unit is ready for your next vacation. Our coastal modern villa accommodates up to six guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully stocked kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The chef in the family will love the openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Also available is a barbecue grill on the back patio. The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! The family room is newly decorated with a comfy sofa, three generous chairs, and a large HDTV. There is a separate sunroom with a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa that could also be suitable as a children’s play area.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips here at #532 August Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"We loved our stay at 532 Augusta for our Spring Break! It was the perfect location between both pools we had access to and made it so easy to get to the beach, grocery store, restaurants/ice cream on the golf cart that was provided. It was clean, updated, well-equipped, and very secure. We enjoyed the feel of the home and appreciated the grill and washer/dryer. Despite not having any beach supplies, we would definitely recommend and stay again!

"This is a very well-appointed, bright and comfortable property. Well maintained and very close to anything we wanted or needed in the area. "It was a wonderful time with my family. We all loved the condo. The only thing we needed were a few extra blankets since it got chilly while we were there. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed. The golf cart was fantastic. The neighbors were super nice and friendly. They gave us a dinner recommendation and it did not disappoint.

"This experience was not the best we have had in the past. The place was a very nice place,but we had issues with the cleanliness of the home. Also,the home had a smell of cigarette smoke so we had to buy candles to try and make it smell better in there. The bed in the front of the house was very uncomfortable. The pillows were way too soft. You can tell they have done some upgrading on the home. The golfcart was very nice! It is a nice place in general, but really needs to make sure the cleaning is done properly before guest arrive. We still had a great vacation!

"The place was perfect and the only complaint is the bed in the extra bedroom. Our friends that stayed in it said the mattress was lumpy and definitely needed to be changed out but absolutely a wonderful place otherwise!

"Everything about the property was 5-star, as advertised. However, we very unfortunately had to put our vehicle in the shop, and we were supposed to get it within a short time of required 1000 checkout. We called mgmt to request a little extra time to get our stuff out of condo so we could get our vehicle to load it. Mgmt told us we still had to be out by 1000 bc another guest was coming that day and needled to be cleaned. Our earliest check-in time was 400, so I presume theirs was also. To add insult to injury, a car which we presume was the cleaning crew pulled into our drive at 940. A lady then gets out of the car and comes peer thru the windows at the front door to where I was standing naked unloading the dryer. She then hurriedly left. Thanks BeachBlue, not!!

"The villa was good location, lovely scenery right on golf course. It had been tastefully remodeled. Would suggest new mattresses, one in the back bedroom was hard. Never could find the DVD player, but maybe no longer there. Sunroom would be great place for shelves with books and games. Need more lighting to read by. But everything worked super, we were pleased.
