Four passenger golf cart included. Stunning 10th floor beach views is an understatement! This exquisite residence at Westwinds in the Resort features two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Every detail reflects relaxed elegance, blending the colors of the sea with natural fabrics and travertine flooring throughout.

Westwinds offers a world class resort experience beyond its gated entrance. A sugar white private beach, a sparkling lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside amenities, a fitness center, and garage parking await you.

The living area is furnished with stylish and comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a flat panel HDTV/DVD. The fully stocked kitchen features the stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and gadgets necessary to prepare delicious meals for the family. A round glass top table completes the inviting dining area with seating for four guests. There is a half bath off the hallway for guests' use.

With access to the balcony, the master suite features a king bed, a flat panel HDTV/DVD, generous closet space and an adjoining master bathroom. Our guest bedroom offers a king bed, a flat panel HDTV/DVD and an adjoining private bathroom.

This beachfront condo is located on the 10th level at Westwinds with convenience to the elevator. The beach and sparkling blue swimming pool are just downstairs - along with all the amenities of the Resort. There is convenient garage parking and tram service included. Additional parking is available in the building parking lot. WIFI is provided.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great location- needs updated maintenance & some TLC Attention

"Good location , mngt Co was easily accessible, nice feature to have & supply a few starter essentials, umbrella rental on the beach blocked all first couple of rows so you felt like you were not given access to the Westwinds beach area, they need to give some space to guests not using their rental chairs. Condo needs a deep clean, carpet is poor condition, torn, and stained, couch could be replaced due to cleanliness, golf cart is poor condition with rear seat in bad shape- we booked this specific condo for golf cart amenities & beach view- overall good location however needs refreshed & updated for an overall wow experience.

"Not very good beds, pillows and mattresses. King mattresses are a little too hard and the pull-out sofa has nothing to it.
Unit needs a little updating.
Wifi password didn't work, and they wanted me to call to fix it, and I wasn't messing with that.

"Amazing sunset/gulf views from balcony.Good location.Comfy beds. Liked the tram f/shopping & dining.
Plastic bowls/cups, maybe starter laundry/dishwashersoap, aluminium foil would have been nice.Drawer under tv full of junk.Garbage can in one bedroom very dirty. No pillowcase on closet pillow.Let your HOA know pool in late afternoon disgusting. People rinse themselves and toys/floats in pool.Maybe clean more than just early morning.

"Comfortable beds. Can hear the ocean/ great way to fall asleep. Kitchen adequately stocked with cooking supplies but no oils, foil, plastic wrap. Spices. Clean but the carpets are very old and worn with stains - my feet would get dirty walking on them

"We loved our escape to the beach! The 2 bedroom condo was just right for my wife and me. The 10th floor unit was clean. We could watch the sunset from the balcony, and my wife enjoyed getting some afternoon sun from the balcony as well. Being a condo, we were fairly close to some neighboring units, but the vibe was all good. Of course the beach was great- love the clear water. The kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as a traditional one. All in all, it wae really enjoyed the unit- it suited us.

"Mixed bag - checked out early to go elsewhere Fabulous views and spacious although tight in the tv area but could use some items refreshed ie Carpet is dirty and worn ( nails exposed at threshold) primary bed mattress is uneven on both sides , secondary bedroom mattress is fine. Couch in great room and lawn furniture should be cleaned as well

"Location of condo was great. Views from balcony awesome. Very easy access to the beach. Access to a golf cart was great. This particular condo does need quite a bit of updating (kitchen, flooring, furniture.)

"We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect, the location to the pool and beach is wonderful! The condo was great, it had everything we needed. The patio furniture could use an update but it was ok. The kitchen was good and had everything we needed for the week to cook meals in. The golf cart was nice to get around on.

"Great condo in a great location. Our only issues were that the carpet was coming up in the door walkways so the kids would step on exposed nails. The rug in the tv room was curled up and caused us tripping as well. The condo was not stocked very well at all compared to other units which was disappointing. Sheets on the beds were very thin. Also, the golf cart had NO headlights so it was a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD at night. No horn either.

"The condo has a great ocean view from both bedrooms. It was super clean and all around a nice place that we all enjoyed. Loved the pool and short distance from the door to the beach. There were several outlets that did not work in our room, but it wasn't enough for us to call and complain about. The golf cart worked good for several days then it quit working. It just needs one of the batteries replaced and it should be fine. We changed out the batteries in the head lights so those should be good for awhile. Overall our stay was wondered!

"The Westwinds building is beautiful and seemed to be the nicest property on the resort. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and it was so nice having the tiki hut for drinks and lunch food. Our condo was very nice, beautiful view. A few small things could have made it a better experience. Biggest complaints were the water sensors and kitchen equipment. The water sensors went off every single day multiple times per day where all the water to the unit would shut off and you have to call and get it turned back on. Thankfully the company was very nice and very quick to turn it back on. Also for such a nice condo the kitchen utensils were really awful. The pans were so old and put away FILTHY like with eggs still in them. No spatula or just basic cooking utensils to make breakfast food which I imagine is what most people would cook on vacation. Also only had 2 pillows on each bed which was kind of disappointing. Had extra pillows in the closet but with no linens on them so did not feel comfortable using them. Just some small improvements could make this a much nicer place. But they did have tons of sand toys/beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards in the closet to use which was great for the kids. Would stay here again with some minor improvements. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall.

"Overall, we had a great time. Upon arrival some of the information was incorrect (condo floor) and some of the needed codes (to enter the building and beach gate) were not provided and luckily another renter gave us the code. One of the reasons we rented the condo was because a golf cart was included. However, there was no information on where to find the golf cart or what it looked like. And the cart did not have the condo number on it. But the staff was very helpful and sent me a picture of it the next day. The condo was very spacious for our family of three and in very clean condition. The kitchen trash can was missing a liner but luckily we brought extras. We also didn't have pool and beach bracelets but the staff was quick to get us some.

Condo on the Beach

"We rented this condo to extend our stay with my parents. Great beach view, nice decor and great amenities.

Even though room was cleaned and ready by 2:30pm we were unable to get in until 4pm. Home is equipped with water sensor that is extremely sensitive. Had to call the company to turn off beeping and turn water back on three times with no visible water leak.

"The unit and complex is clean and set up for easy access to the beach and pool. The 2 king bed set up is perfect for two couples as each has their own room and good sized bathroom. It was a big plus having a golf cart as we were able to get to Baytowne Wharf without getting in the car or shuttle. Beach Blue Properties was easy to work with and keeps the unit in great shape.
