You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room. For a real treat, spin on over to the beach on our new 4-seat golf cart! Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. Resort guests can take advantage of amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.
Our stylish 2BR-2BA condo offers a comfy living area with HDTV and a queen sleeper sofa. The oversized balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in lush resort views. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. Our primary bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king bed and adjoins a full primary bathroom. The guest suite includes two queen beds and is steps from a full guest bath. A nearby elevator provides easy access to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary wifi.
Step outside to the Village at Baytowne Wharf with its world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities like zip-lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, carousel, rock climbing wall, playground, and remote-controlled boats. Enjoy 'movies on the lawn,' art displays, festivals, and fireworks during summer. The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes a trip around the resort a snap!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

It's wonderful to know that you found the kitchen well-stocked and the towels and linens to your satisfaction. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the minor repairs needed in the unit. We take your feedback very seriously and are happy report the AC has been replaced, the bathroom door has been adjusted and the refrigerator shelf has been replaced to remedy the noise! All other issues are being have been discussed with the owners and will be addressed upon the current guests departure. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention! Thank you for your review. In a continuous effort to improve our service, we encourage all guests to review their stay and welcome all feedback – both positive and negative. However, we do ask that our guests provide an accurate representation of their experience. During the time our guest booked their stay, 217 Pilot House was not being utilized as a two bedroom unit, nor had it ever been advertised as one. One month after our guest booked their stay, the HOA changed their regulations and would no longer allow the one bedroom unit and attached studio next door to be rented as separate units. For future bookings, 217 Pilot House could only be rented as a 2 bedroom (1 bedroom unit with attached studio). When our property manager was notified of the change, he contacted the guest and offered to add the studio at an extreme discount. However, our guest declined and wanted only the one bedroom unit. Because our guest had only rented the one bedroom but not the studio, it was on a different cleaning schedule. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for leaving the door unlocked and apologize if you saw an unclean room. Again, we thank you for your review and apologize if you were not satisfied with your stay!
