You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room. For a real treat, spin on over to the beach on our new 4-seat golf cart! Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. Resort guests can take advantage of amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 2BR-2BA condo offers a comfy living area with HDTV and a queen sleeper sofa. The oversized balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in lush resort views. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. Our primary bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king bed and adjoins a full primary bathroom. The guest suite includes two queen beds and is steps from a full guest bath. A nearby elevator provides easy access to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary wifi.

Step outside to the Village at Baytowne Wharf with its world-class restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities like zip-lining, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, carousel, rock climbing wall, playground, and remote-controlled boats. Enjoy 'movies on the lawn,' art displays, festivals, and fireworks during summer. The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes a trip around the resort a snap!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"Condo was great! Very clean, had everything we needed to stay for the week. The location to walk to Baytowne was perfect!

The golf cart is not worth the extra money. Was not large enough for our family of 4 and beach items and is very outdated.

"Unit was as nice as advertised. Great location for families. Convenient to everything. One floor down to Baytowne activities and dining. One floor up to the pool and exercise room. Unit is located on the same floor as the parking garage. The golf cart is a must for going back and forth to the beach. Look forward to staying here again.

"We had a great stay here. It was just what we needed. We really enjoyed the golf cart. It could get you anywhere needed on the Sandestin property, which was so convenient. We only got in our car twice the whole week. I would stay here again. It’s perfect for a family with kids. Parents in the master and kids in the other bedroom with 2 beds. The pool outside the pilot house was super nice as well. We truly had a great time.

Wonderful stay slightly interrupted

"Always love staying at the Baytowne Wharfe in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. 217 Pilot House was a comfortable stay until painting contractors started painting our patio. This was not the fault of the Beach Blue folks and they had actually warned us this might occur. We lost the use of the patio for 7 or our 11 days there but Beach Blue gave us a nice discount for our inconvenience. There was also an issue with house cleaning and a slow flushing toilet but Beach Blue had a cleaning lady and a plumber there in 30 minutes and both issues resolved. I would stay there again.

"This rental was great for what we needed. The Beach Blue rental company was amazing to work with. AC in one unit wasn’t able to keep up. Service men were there within 30 min to troubleshoot the issue, bring extra fan. First thing Monday a crew was there To install a brand new AC! They handled everything while we were off enjoying our time at Sandestin. This unit is well loved but clean and amazing location for our family.

Two Bedrooms in the Village

"Quiet condo located in Baytowne Village with easy access from parking garage. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels and linens are good. The unit does, however, require some minor repairs to enhance the guest experience. Clothes drier is very slow, dishwasher drawer falls off the rack, bathroom door doesn't close well, fridge is noisy and A/C is not always reliable. A few minor repairs would make this a great spot. Super location and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a nice set-up.

"We rented the property as a 2 bedroom, however when we arrived at the property, the 2nd bedroom was able to be accessed through an adjoining door and was clearly being slept in by someone else as the 2 beds in that room were being used. I closed and locked the door and went through y emails regarding the rental and found an email after I had already rented the property that if we wanted to use the additional bedroom (or studio) that it would cost extra. I thought this was very disappointing and a very sneaky way to get more money considering this occurred after we had already rented the unit as a 2 bedroom.

Thank you for your review. In a continuous effort to improve our service, we encourage all guests to review their stay and welcome all feedback – both positive and negative. However, we do ask that our guests provide an accurate representation of their experience. During the time our guest booked their stay, 217 Pilot House was not being utilized as a two bedroom unit, nor had it ever been advertised as one. One month after our guest booked their stay, the HOA changed their regulations and would no longer allow the one bedroom unit and attached studio next door to be rented as separate units. For future bookings, 217 Pilot House could only be rented as a 2 bedroom (1 bedroom unit with attached studio). When our property manager was notified of the change, he contacted the guest and offered to add the studio at an extreme discount. However, our guest declined and wanted only the one bedroom unit. Because our guest had only rented the one bedroom but not the studio, it was on a different cleaning schedule. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for leaving the door unlocked and apologize if you saw an unclean room. Again, we thank you for your review and apologize if you were not satisfied with your stay!

Great condo in Baytowne Whaf

"My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks at a one bedroom condo in Baytowne Wharf area of Sandestin Florda resort. We loved the area, and enjoyed the beach (10 minute drive away), the golf courses, the stores and restaurants in Baytowne Wharf, the Marina etc.

"Easy check in. No problems. Parking garage was rough at night, it got very full and lots of drinking at people cars. **we went during spring break** Our one bedroom was perfect for our family of four. The ability to have a full kitchen, living, and dining room when we stayed for the week was great! The pool area doesn't seem like you are three floor up. It's very well maintained!!! Baytowne Village is just feet from our front door, it needs more businesses. At nighttime it is very concentrated towards young adults. We didn't like the atmosphere, lots of drinking and cursing. Kids did love playing on the playground (during the day), the activities that are available are all for a price and are expensive. It was nice to take daily walks out on the pier.

Overall though, we would totally come back and have already told friends about staying here!

Nice Condo - Good Location

"My family has been going to Baytowne Wharf for New Year's since 2006 so I've stayed in most of the properties. This one was nicely decorated and centrally located to our activities. It was convenient to parking and the shopping/restaurants. The only complaint I have is the floors and shower were not adequately cleaned. I sent a complaint via the app, but have not heard from anyone.

"My family of 5 had a great time. The condo was just what we needed for the week. The pools and fitness center were great. And the grounds were well kept! The location was great for walking around Baytown and a nice bike ride to the beach. The hospitality app with all the property information and codes was extremely helpful!!
Wedding have a small plumbing issue and the property management had someone out within the hour! Overall, very satisfied!

"We enjoyed our stay at Baytown Wharf Village and thought the condo was very nice as well. When I was looking for a place I did notice the review mentioned the bed was very uncomfortable and that was definitely the truth and that would be the biggest downfall but otherwise it was nice and clean and it was right in the middle of Baytown Wharf Village. One suggestion I would have is to have a list of restaurants or pizza places that deliver outside of the village.

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 217 Pilot house! The location is great, the balcony is great, and the furniture is nice. The unit could use a good deep clean and addition of more utensils in the near future, however.
