Enjoy resort life at 526 Pilot House, in the heart of the Resort! This property will comfortably sleep four guests. Our 1BR-2BA condo is located on the 5th floor of the Pilot House - just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room! Spend warm summer evenings lounging on the oversize balcony, and enjoy a view of the swimming pool and tropical gardens. Take the tram to the sugar white beach, walk to restaurants and entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and enjoy the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex at the Resort.
This condo is newly designed in stylish "beachy chic" furnishings. Our cozy family room offers a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group, and there is a guest bathroom located right off the kitchen. Our master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, custom linens, an HDTV, and a private bath. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, but please bring your own beach towels. A nearby elevator provides easy access to the pool level and the entrance to the Baytowne Wharf. The tram stop is located right outside the Pilot House front door, so hop on the tram and zip on over to the beach.
526 Pilot House is at the center of it all - the beach, the pool, the tram, and all that the Resort has to offer!
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the location of our unit and it's convenience to the wharf, golf, marina and tennis center. However, we are disappointed to hear of any issues you experienced while staying with us. We are shocked to hear of a bad odor in our unit as it was not reported by our staff prior to your arrival and we have been unable to recreate the smell. We can only guess that it may have been related to building maintenance occurring during your stay. Nevertheless, we are so sorry for this issue and for any inconvenience it may have caused. As for the mattress, we apologize it you were uncomfortable at any point during your stay; we will send a member of our team to assess the mattress and will be sure to pass this information on to the owner for further consideration. Lastly, we apologize if you were confused by the building instructions and codes provided. We seldom have guests that are unable to access this information and apologize for any trouble this may have caused. We have recently streamlined our guest check-in process to make it easier for guests to access information and are working daily to improve this system. Please note that we are always available by text, phone and email to answer any questions you have and are more than happy to assist you in any way we can. However, we sincerely apologize for any issues you encountered with storage or deck access. We will pass your feedback regarding non refrigerated food storage on to the owner for further consideration. Regarding the maintenance issue with the HOA, we completely understand your frustration and disappointment. Unfortunately, we rely solely on the maintenance schedules provided to us by the HOA as the timing and execution of building maintenance is beyond our control. We want to reassure you that we share your concerns and have reached out to the HOA to advocate for more accurate information regarding scheduling and updates so we can communicate more clearly with our guests. Nevertheless, we deeply regret any confusion or stress caused by the uncertainty surrounding the maintenance schedule and apologize for this issue.
