THE NEXT LEVEL OF LUXURY! Superb beach views from this twelfth floor unit along with top-notch accommodations of this beautifully updated condo make this the right choice for you! The kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. Expansive sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large, well-furnished balcony with views of the sandy white beaches of the gulf. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary.
Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. It features world class tennis courts, two restaurants and swimming pools. There is a nearby fitness center at Grand Boulevard that is available at an additional cost. Tops'l Resort also has its own beach service (chairs & umbrellas) available for guests to rent.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are so happy to hear you were pleased with our condo but sincerely apologize for any lack of cleanliness. We understand how important it is to arrive to a clean and well-maintained vacation rental and apologize if that was not demonstrated to you. We have addressed your concerns with our housekeeping manager and have scheduled a deep clean. The couch cushions are scheduled to be steam cleaned and the shower liner and faucet will be addressed by our maintenance staff prior to our next guests' arrival. Again, we are so sorry for any issues you encountered while staying with us and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. If you choose to return (and we hope you do!), please note that we encourage guests to notify a member of our staff of any concerns upon discovery so we may remedy the situation as soon as possible! We are here to make your vacation a success and would have been more than happy to send a member of our maintenance team to address your concerns while you were out enjoying the beach!
