Enjoy beach resort life right in the heart of The Village at Baytowne Wharf! This property will comfortably sleep four guests. Our 1BR-2BA condo is located on the 1st floor of the Pilot House - just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Spend some time lounging outdoors on the private courtyard patio and enjoy the resort landscape. Take the tram to the sugar white beach, walk to restaurants and entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and enjoy the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex at the Resort.
This condo is newly designed in stylish coastal furnishings. Our cozy family room offers a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group, and there is a guest bathroom located right off the kitchen. Our master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, custom linens, an HDTV, and a private bath. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, but please bring your own beach towels. The tram stop is located right outside the Pilot House front door, so hop on the tram and zip on over to the beach.

You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full service marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full service spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. The Wharf, in the heart of the resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer time fireworks display. For more shopping, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard boutiques border the Resort. The newly expanded Destin Commons is only minutes away.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

I am so sorry you had those issues on your arrival. The resort is very large, over 2400 acres, stretching from north of Highway 98 and south of Highway 98, it is very easy to get turned around. We do provide GPS address for the condo in our arrival instructions. We also provide numbers to our helpline and the property manager. We are always happy to help our guests get back on the right track to find their vacation rental! We had a very wet spring this year and unfortunately that leads to more flying insects. We do our best to deal with this before your arrival, but any opening of a door is an invitation for bugs to enter. I was happy to hear that after a few setbacks, you were able to enjoy your stay at the beach. We would love to have you back and hope you will visit us on your next stay at the beach.

The pool at the Gateway area is on the third floor. This can be confusing for first time guests. We do provide a helpline number and we are always available to help you navigate the resort, whether to find the pool, recommend a restaurant or book a tee time. Your vacation is important to us. Hi Terri, I am so sorry you had such a complicated arrival. Our units are individually owned and do not require our guests to go to the check in area at the main gate. You were given incorrect instructions by the gate guard. The arrival instructions we sent you, provide our guests with the directions to the different condos and the codes to enter the condo, garage and pool areas. It also includes the number to our 24/7 help line. This phone number is to assist guests at arrival if they have problems and for the duration of their stay if there is a maintenance issue. Your vacation is important to us and we are sorry you were given the run around by uninformed resort personnel. I see from your reservation that you booked last minute for a one night stay. Maybe you did not have time to review the material we sent to you after confirming your reservation. Our arrival App "Glad to Have You" contains all the information for arriving on the resort, where to get your car pass, instructions to the condo, codes for entry, general information about the building (Wifi info, garbage disposal, parking, tram). We encourage our guests to read over the material prior to arrival to ensure that arrival is smooth and that they enjoy their time at the resort. If they have questions or need clarification, we are available to assist by calling the helpline.
