This charming four-bedroom beach cottage located in The Bungalos neighborhood of the Resort features a covered front porch, a coastal-style living area, a spacious loft, a screened back porch, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and updated appliances. While large windows and french doors welcome sunlight and warm breezes, cozy furnishings and seaside decor combine to create an effortlessly soothing space. Leave your keys and worries behind with complimentary resort-wide tram service or grab a towel and head to the beach as this home includes both a four passenger and six passenger golf cart!

This picturesque beach bungalow welcomes you home! Front porch rocking chairs invite you to take a seat and stay awhile. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, making it easy to enjoy the company of family and friends while preparing your favorite meal. And with seating for three at the breakfast bar and seating for six around the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a television and en suite master bathroom complete with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, complete with twin bunks, provides a cozy retreat after a long day of sun and sand. The upstairs is comprised of the third and fourth bedrooms as well as a living area. The third bedroom, the “bunk room”, is located to the right of the stairs and features two sets of bunk beds, both twin over queen and a television. Conveniently located adjacent to the bunk room is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The loft living area features an HDTV and twin sofas. For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet is complimentary.

The neighborhood swimming pool and putting green are just steps from your front door! Located on the lakeside of the Resort, this quaint beach bungalow is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with emerald green waters and white sand beaches just a quick golf cart ride away, good times are always on the horizon at 2450 Bungalo Lane!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. "Disappointed! The house itself was ok, The most disappointing part was the golf carts. Before we arrived we were notified that the 4-seat cart needed a new tire. Then upon arrival we discovered the 6-seat cart was not right. Which they came and took it and never returned during our stay. The only reason we chose this house was because of the two golf carts. The first couple of days we didn’t have either cart and then we only had the 4-seat for the remainder of our stay for a group of 10 people. Very disappointing. The manager said she would refund us some money but haven’t seen a refund yet. We are understanding people and get that these things happen. All we ask is that you make it right by your renter.

"Nice cottage, but no garage. Bunk rooms were very small, but adequate. We are 4 senior ladies for whom the stairs provided a challenge, but gain we made do. Driving to the beach was fun, but a bit of a challenge again. We got lost on the first trip, but after seeing some nice scenery, we finally found it. We liked being close to the pool, but did not like being so far from the beach.

"We had such a wonderful time on family vacation! This home was perfect for us to rent and very user friendly! The management team went above and beyond to let us know what type of coffee pot was in the home and answered all of our questions beforehand so we knew what type of meals to bring for each day.

The app was a wealth of knowledge for us and our children as it had all the pertinent information needed! This rental has two golf carts which was amazing for our family because we could all do different things and our teenagers were able to easily access the trams to allow them the freedom of accessing whichever activity they chose that day.

We enjoyed the fact that it was a family home and felt so welcome! Right when you walk in there is a photo of the owner’s entire family and it made us all smile to know that they were extending their home to us. The rental also came equipped with beach chairs and sporting/activity accessories. All right there at our fingertips!

We noticed the dishwasher was leaking and immediately reported that to the property management. It was a weekend and it wasn’t a bad leak but water damage is no joke so we wanted to let them know immediately before any damage could occur to the home. They responded RIGHT AWAY! I couldn’t believe how quickly they had someone out there. They fixed it right away and were so kind.

This really was such a beautiful vacation for our family. I can’t wait to visit again! We felt the home was reasonably priced, even though it is expensive to stay it came with all that we could have hoped for and more. My husband and I would love to visit again with our family and are already saving for the next time we can visit again! We would be thrilled to stay in the same home next time. Definitely pleased with our rental and the property management team. Kudos! God Bless!

Almost perfect vacation!

"We loved this house. Great clean home with plenty of space. We had an issue with one golf cart and the upstairs AC. Maintenance came immediately and issues were fixed right away! Our only complaints would be the bedding and provided kitchen supplies. Each bed only had one blanket and sheets. No additional blankets so we had to actually go purchase blankets as we were cold (it was in the 40s at night). The king sized master bed had only two very small pillows (not even the standard size) and were about an inch thick. We were disappointed that we needed to buy additional trash and dishwashing tablets. Only one bag was provided and one tab for dishwasher. We also needed to buy our own coffee filters and plastic wrap. Typically homes we have rented have had a small amount of basic pantry items, but this home did not. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Our first time at Sandestin, and I would recommend and come again!

"We generally enjoyed our stay in Bungalo 2450. However it is very “shop worn” and the kitchen is not very well stocked. Literally no serving dishes & very little silverware ( a trip to the thrift store helped this problem). The manager is wonderful to work with & was very quick to respond to the few problems we had. (Flat tire on golf cart). The positive is that it has wonderful beds.

Convenient Bungalo with Great Features

"Pros: The property was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the resort experience of having a nearby pool with restrooms, a golf cart for our personal use to get to the shopping center and beach, a beach entry within the resort that always had plenty of parking and restrooms, and lovely shaded sidewalks for long walks. Having four full bathrooms was fabulous for our big group. When our daughter's twin bed frame broke, the manager immediately answered our call and put in a work order that was completed the next day. The loft area upstairs is a terrific feature for groups with teens and/or kids. They can have their own space to relax! The back porch was an excellent additional eating space, and the grill was great for saving money on meals.

Cons: As others have stated, some of the furniture and appliances are well worn/outdated and could use updates. The twin room downstairs is much smaller than the picture indicates. We had considered putting two kids there with a blowup mattress on the floor, but there wasn't enough floor space. Originally, we had counted on the twin sleeper sofas in the loft area, but I found out through a guest review and manager response here that those were not functioning correctly and would no longer be available. I was never contacted about this issue even though I had paid in full. We ended up using blowup mattresses on the loft floor. I would have appreciated a heads-up about this before our trip.

"The rental was nice and clean. It could use some upgrades. The bedrooms still have old tube televisions. The decor seems dated. The description says there are 2 sofa sleepers upstairs, but neither of them is functional so I had to take the mattress out of both of them and stack them on the floor for my nephew. Also we had to buy a blender because there was no top to theirs. Also there were no hair dryers in any of the bathrooms. These are just some simple things that could take this unit to the next level.

"A great home for our family. Right across from the pool, this home is a rare one in the neighborhood because it has a rear screened porch and a bit of a back yard! The home is nicely furnished, with "grandma's" stuff -- there are family photos, plates hung on the wall, etc. We didn't break anything, but there were plenty of breakables to be found. We had a couple maintenance issues which were promptly addressed. The one thing that wasn't fully resolved was that the upstairs family room has two sleeper sofas, both of which were broken. They bought us a premium air mattress to resolve it. The house was perfectly cleaned and prepared, yet it's a family home -- the carpet was dirty, the white trim had some flaws, there were dents in the drywall. That didn't bother us one bit. We'd stay here again. If you want to stay in this type of a home and expect a great home without perfection, this is for you! Denise is a professional property manager with great communication.

"The home was in a great location a secure location with gated access. The home was great pictures don’t do it justice. The home was clean a fully stocked kitchen and even though the homes are close together in the neighborhood it was peaceful the four days we stayed. I will definitely come again the golf cart was a bonus just wish we knew how to get to the beach with it. This is a five star rental and it was more than fairly priced. The host came and checked on us and the stay was great. All positive no complaints

"Rental unit was good. Lots of personal photos which seemed odd. The initial supplies provided were for short time. Also they had no extras in kitchen like salt or pepper; not sure if that is still due to COVID. Disappointed that the 6 passenger golf cart was not available when it was one of the reasons for choosing this unit. And they did not inform us in advance which would have been nice. Good location, nice pool area and community was nice. Priced still on high end for size of bedrooms; one room was very small twin and nightstand only. Would be nice to have outdoor bbq available.

Food items including condiments and seasonings are disposed of for fear of contamination. The 6 seater golf cart is currently in the shop with parts on order however the owner purchased a 4 seater in the interim so you would not be without one. You also had tram access. I apologize for any inconvenience.

"The house was nice and clean close to the pool and beach. The ice maker didn’t work so had to buy ice.
The 6 seater golf cart was in repair and the 4 seater replacement didn’t show up until Friday evening and we left on Saturday so never got to use it.

"My husband and kids loved staying at this house. It has everything we needed plus more. If I try really hard to think of something that they could improve. It would be the old TVs in the bed rooms, they definitely work, I would just think flat screens would look better, also a big grill out back would’ve been nice.

Just As Nice As Described

"This house is amazing! There were 8 of us using the house and it never seemed crowded. The two living room areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) gave us room to let the children watch TV and the adults to sit and talk. We were happy with our entire stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

"This was our fifth year in this condo. The owners have done a few improvements but the furniture in great room is not in good shape. Also cleaning team needs to clean blinds. We always end up buying things for condo. We replaced the little portable grill. We have signed up for 6th year. Hope owners consider some updates.

Great propety but disappointed with the hidden fees

"Sandestin is a great place, it has everything you need to have a great vacation! This house is very close to the restaurant area within Sandestin not quite walking distance but the golf cart helped with that! The beach is a short drive away and there is free parking in front of the Hilton hotel for the golf cart or a regular vehicle.

House was very clean but was stocked with very little so be prepared to go shopping quickly for toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, spices, and dishwashing liquid.

The layout of the house works very nicely and we loved having 4 full bathrooms for 6 adults and 4 children. Doors are nice and wide for anyone that may have someone elderly with a walker.

I booked through homeaway so I was a bit disappointed when I found out that there would be a 3% charge to use a credit card. I just don't feel comfortable sending a check as I have had friends scammed with home rentals in the past. The listing also advertises that the golf cart is included at no charge but my invoice shows a $20 golf cart fee, I happily paid the $20 but you just should not advertise it as free if it is not free.

Before your stay the rental company sends you information to download an app that has all of the information you need for your stay.

The app you acknowledged receiving notes the cleaning company provides basic paper supplies, enough to get you started. Unlike a hotel you do need to replenish supplies yourself. Also, the lease notes credit card fees are applicable with alternate payment method offered via echeck to avoid fees. There are no hidden fees. All fees are detailed for your review prior to submitting signed lease. You must have reviewed them as you noted golf cart fee which is not an additional fee but rather allocation of portion of rental fee to person responsible for maintenance of golf carts. I do hope you will return. We would love to have you.

"Great house! Quiet neighborhood! Pool very close! Golf cart was great for going to Beach! House was decorated and set up great. A couple of maintenance items - both rocking chairs are broken, ice maker kept getting clogged , one fan outside did not work. All were minor things. Overall would stay here again.

"We stayed at this Bungalo with extended family. The location worked out great. There were a few maintenance issues, in terms of blown out lightbulbs, but nothing major. Had a smell as if there had been smokers in there in the past. Loved being able to use the golf cart, but it too had small maintenance problems (loose back seat, front headlight out). Beds were all comfortable. Nice to have loft area to spread out. Dining area very crowded. Overall worked fine for our family.

"The experience this condo was great from booking until the end. As soon as you step on this property there is a sense of home and relaxation. "This unit met our needs for sure. It was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning crew did a great job because there was no sand or grit at all on the tile floors. The travertine style floor was very attractive and they were smart because the grout lines were small and no dirt will ever show. The craftsman style trim work was done very well and it was very attractive. The paint job and colors were pleasing to the eye. The bathrooms were extremely clean and I noticed the caulk joints were very white and fresh looking (no mildew). The AC worked fantastic. We only drove the golf cart twice, but it worked perfectly. The walk to the pool is less than 30 to 45 seconds and they had a nice pool with bathrooms. It was great and I would highly recommend this unit. Jamie (Destin Memories) and Denise (Property Manager) did a great job with the information that was provided. The "Welcome Letter" covered all of the details. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

"I love staying in the Bungalos. This is a great unit. It is just across from pool and putting green which kept kids very occupied. Upstairs living room was also great for kids. It was well equipped with 4 bathrooms, which was very nice. I enjoyed the back porch and privacy.
Golf cart was great. In my opinion you cannot rent in Baytowne neighborhood without a golf cart. Getting to beach and constant grocery store runs are super conveinant.
One of our best weeks ever in Sandestin. The water was incredible!
