Located on the 10th floor at Beachside II, this beachfront condominium features an open concept floor plan, an oversized private balcony, breathtaking gulf views from the balcony and living area, and convenient beach access. In addition to its premier location, 4301 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances: brand new microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker and Keurig coffee maker! Enjoy a gourmet meal at the dining table, grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar, or sip an evening cocktail on the balcony while enjoying the sunset! The thoughtfully designed living area features cozy furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, a new wall hung HDTV+DVD player, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony.

The carpeted master bedroom features a king bed, a new wall hung HDTV-DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom also accessible by the hallway. The cozy second bedroom features an HDTV and cozy SMALL built-in twin bunk beds perfect for SMALL children. For your convenience, there is a new washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet is complimentary.

Convenience is key at Beachside II with easy parking, keypad entry, and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a fitness room, a hot tub, a seasonally heated saltwater pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautifully manicured Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that the Resort has to offer - hassle-free!

"The second bedroom is a TINY room with no closet. This is Not really a second bedroom. Anyone in that room would have to use the one dresser and closet in the other bedroom. If we were with another couple or kids I'd be livid. I'm giving stars based on everything but the closet for a bedroom.

"We really enjoyed our stay!! The view was great, we saw dolphins on our last night. This is our 2nd stay at Beachside II and we love the location.The unit was good and advertised. The umbrella came in handy on the beach. I appreciated the host’s communication, there were no issues. They were testing the alarm system which was a bit annoying as they had to enter the unit and announced testing for most of the day. Almost all the doors were hard to open and close. The appliances were nice and we had no issues. There was an open hole in the closet in the ceiling of the master that should have been closed it looked like something was repaired. We had a great time.

Great Location w/ Amazing View

"This condo location is very convenient and located within a gated community. The building felt very safe with easy parking and elevator access. The pool being closed was no problem this time of year with access to the beach right out the door and down the walkway.
The views are AMAZING but the condo itself is a little older and dated, it was perfect enough for our small group of 3 girls but I would say a bit tight for anything larger than a couple and 2 small children. The couch and bedroom furniture (squeaky bed) could use some updating and kitchen utensils were lacking or rather felt like a hodge podge of leftover pieces.
There is a small closet with some beach supplies inside which would be good if you have small kids.
An update to this condo to a little bit more modern would take this rental to the next level.

"I have been coming to Destin, FL for quite some time. My wife and I actually got married on this very beach 22 yrs ago before the resort even did weddings. My wife booked this rental online and the only negative I would be able to say about this place is that I did not book it for longer. The golf cart was an added treat as we drove over to the bay side every morning for coffee. It was also nice that we could take the golf cart to the grocery store and we even drove it to dinner a couple of times. Oh! I do have one bad thing to say. My wife wants me to buy her a house here with a golf cart. I have 6 years to make that happen. We are going to try and come back in the winter as we have never been to Destin in the winter time. Can't wait to get back here.

"We loved our stay in Destin! The balcony views from this rental were top notch. We loved sitting on the balcony in the am watching the dolphins! The rental was very clean. The manager was easy accessible via text to answer any questions we had. The location was ideal as it was only an elevator ride down to the beach. We could easily get back to our rental throughout the day. The golf cart was a huge bonus. The golf cart let us access the restaurants in other areas of the resort with ease.

"We had a great time! Location is great. Beautiful beach view. My husband was at a work conference at the Hilton and he was able to walk over for that each day while we enjoyed the lovely condo. The gold cart was wonderful. We only had to use a car a couple of times. Would definitely return. There were 4 of us (kids 9 and 7) and it was perfect.

"The view is amazing. The location in Sandestin is perfect. We used the golf cart to go to Baytown Wharf every night. We rented chairs for the beach every day which was nice but expensive. You could get your own for cheaper I am sure, but we enjoyed having it set up and being able to come and go and always have a spot on the beach. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would love to come back again and again!

"This is a very nice condo! Great location! My only complaint would be upon check in just after 4 pm carpets in bedrooms where still wet from cleaning (not damp very wet!) Of course they dried by morning.

If the unit was not sufficiently cleaned, I wish you had told me and I would have had cleaners come back. New living room furniture is forthcoming but furniture companies are not responding as quickly as they should. "This unit was steps away from the beach and pool, so that was great. We stayed in this two years ago and found it is deteriorated. The shower sprays all over the place with insanely high water pressure, and all the cabinets and doors are in desperate need of paint and the doors need adjustment to close correctly. There was no safety bar on the balcony door. The pots, pans and knives all need to be replaced as well. Luckily, I only cooked breakfast. The bunk room needs better air circulation (they did have a fan in there). We had an issue with the door staying locked, but they answered our call and helped us fix it immediately. Booking process and customer service with this company are always great.

"We love our rental! It is close to everything and has an excellent view of the sunset. Itis very safe with manny choices of activities if one chooses to do so.I taught myself how to fish from shore and we made many new friends. Our rental is very nice. It was clean,and our bed was very comfortable. Bette Butler of Destin Memories is such a wonderful person to deal with. She is so polite and friendly! And we already booked 2 months for next year!

"Perfect location right on the beach. Had a great stay as always in Destin. The view from the 10th story was amazing. My only issue was the condo needed a little tlc like painting, replacing interior doors with damage, and missing trim. The age of the unit is starting to show. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and great location and price!

"Decent stay after the hurricane. My only complaint is related to the beds. Mattress very old and hard. Bedding was thin and old. Not a good place for rest.

"The facility and beach was very pleasant & relaxing. We spent majority of our time on the condo deck or the beach. "From the booking, to the arrival, everything was so easy. The staff were professional and courteous. We encountered a slight issue with the secirity code but it was fixed immediately. The condo is spacious, well decorated and the view is amazing!!!

Clean and Comfortable!!!

"We just returned from our week at 4301 Beachside II. Bette was a pleasure to work with and made the rental process very easy.

Overall, we found this unit to be clean and comfortable. New carpet in the bedrooms was a plus. The furniture in the master is older and the dresser drawers could use some attention. The mattress was comfortable with the exception of the waterproof mattress cover. While I can certainly understand the thought process here, it made for a less than ideal sleeping situation.

The living room couch and loveseat appear to be newer and were comfortable however the decor was minimal. An area rug would really add to the overall comfort of the space.

The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels were provided in the bathroom.

The view was outstanding and offered breathtaking sunsets. The weather was perfect and we spent many hours on the balcony. The new high top table/chairs and lounger were amazing!

The beach is just a short elevator ride away. The beach chairs provided were a great bonus however, the umbrella appears to be broken. We took it down to the beach the first day but could not get it to stay upright. Fortunately, we didn't really need it this time of year.

This is an older building and this unit reflects that. So, if you are looking for luxury and upgraded, high end finishes, you won't find it here. However, we feel the price we paid is more than fair for this unit and we would most definitely rent it again in the future.

"This was the second year staying in this particular condo. We absolutely love it! Its the perfect size has everything you need and very clean with gorgeous views of the Gulf. Working with Bette has always been great. She is helpful and goes out of her way to make our experience a good one.

Sandestin vacation

"Very clean, warm condo. We enjoyed our stay from day one until we left. Great location and with the tram included you'll have lots of options throughout Sandestin. Pool was smaller with no designated baby/toddler area but our 2/4 year olds still enjoyed it and the beach was just steps away!

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible and unit was pretty nice! It was clean. Property manager was great to work with.

However there were a few hiccups along the way. The first was the undisclosed $110 'marketing fee' charged by HomeAway for booking on their site. Apparently this can be avoided by booking via property managers site. Lastly, there was an issue with the unit smelling like cigarette smoke before we arrived. The property manager was very professional and called us up front to give us option to stay in another unit (albeit smaller with no view, but that's what she had avail) or she could remedy the situation before arriving. She was able to remove 99.9% of smoke smell by time we arrived which eventually dissipated. I appreciate her effort to get the unit ready, but renters need to know this could be a potential issue for them, especially those sensitive to smoke.

As a perfectionist, there were some minor repairs and tidying up of the unit I'd recommend to the owner to REALLY make it nice, but overall it was a nice place for my wife and kids to enjoy the beach.

Great resort & beaches

"We love this property. The view is great. Condo is very nicely decorated. The resort is amazing & was decorated for Christmas while we were there, & there were many Christmas events at Baytowne Wharf. We will definitely be back again for the holidays. The only thing of note is that the bunk beds are smaller than twin size. They are not large enough for an adult. But are perfect for smaller children. The room is in great condition, but could use a deep cleaning on the walls, cabinets & base boards.

"We have been vacationing at the Sandestin Golf & Beach resort for about 15 years, several of those years have been through Destin Memories, LLC., in particular through Bette. I do not have enough words to describe how helpful she has been each and every time we have booked our stay through Destin Memories. This year was the first year we have stayed at 4301, we absolutely LOVED the condo. It was clean, spacious and has breathtaking views. We are already looking to plan another visit! "We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean when we got there and the photographs truly give you an accurate idea of what you are staying in. The only problem I would say is that the bedroom is incredibly dark because there is not an overhead light. Everything was just as we expected and we would absolutely come back!

"Great unit location in the complex with easy parking. Wonderful views from the balcony! The only recommendations I would have to give are: pantry space is needed for groceries (we moved somethings around in the cabinets to make room for groceries), the bunk room gets a little hot (but the provided box fan helped a lot) and some storage containers for left overs would be helpful. The condo is in great condition and wonderfully decorated. All of the mattresses were very comfortable!

Wonderful beach escape!

"Our spring break was fantastic! The condo was perfect for our family of four. Newly updated, our kids loved the cute bunk bed room, and my husband and I loved our balcony view of the gorgeous ocean! Nothing better than staying right on the beach, with everything you need just footsteps away! One morning we viewed pods of dolphins from our balcony, while sipping coffee. Easy getting ready for the days at the beach and we would highly recommend this condo to families with small children or no kiddos at all!
