Located in the heart of Hidden Dunes Resort in Miramar Beach, our beautiful tennis villa offers 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. 135 Hidden Dunes features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, plush furnishings, and porch views. In addition to all our villa has to offer, guests can enjoy unbeatable resort amenities and convenience to the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! 135 Hidden Dunes is located just a 2-minute walk to the pool and BBQ grills and only minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife!

The main level of our two-story villa offers a full kitchen, a spacious living area, a dining area, a laundry closet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to the back porch. The fully equipped kitchen features new cabinetry as well as stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. For the coffee lover in the group, there is also a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen opens to a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy table seating for 6. Designed with relaxation in mind, the cozy living area offers coastal décor, plush furnishings, and a SmartTV. The oversized back porch is located directly off the living area and offers comfortable outdoor furnishings, a SmartTV, and views of the resort tennis courts. The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers a SmartTV, access to the back porch, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combo. The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a SmartTV and convenience to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

A stylish spiral staircase leads upstairs to a spacious loft, a bathroom, and an additional guest bedroom. The loft is furnished with two queen beds while the bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and a smartTV. Guests can also enjoy convenience to an upstairs guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, our villa offers complimentary high speed WIFI, a beach wagon and a full-size washer and dryer.

Hidden Dunes is truly a resort like no other! Located on 27 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, Hidden Dunes Resort offers four pools, a hot tub, a playground, basketball courts, a pickleball court, catch and release fishing, outdoor grills, pavilions, and a fitness facility with beach views!

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"Enjoyed our family time in this great property. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including chairs and wagon for the making the short trip to beach. Out kids enjoyed the large pool close to our location. The rooms were spacious and the air condition worked fantastic! The property manager responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend for families- our daughter lived the mermaid decorated bonus room!

Clean and Spacious Rental

"We enjoyed a 4-day stay. First, the positives. Community was clean and in a convenient location, not far from shopping and great restaurants. Condo was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Best part was the screened-in balcony with a tv, lights, ceiling fan and plenty of room. Washer and Dryer worked very well. Condo was spotless, well-maintained. Temperature was set when we got there and we never had to adjust it. Kitchen was well-stocked. Note there are no coffee filters or salt/pepper, so bring your own. There's a golf cart that will transport you to and from the beach. Tip them though...they're great. Now for the negatives: We have a very active, sporty family. The entire reason we chose this property was because of the gym and pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. While the courts were in great condition, we could only play pickleball on Day 1. In the later morning of Day 2, we tried to play again, since we were expecting and did receive, rain most of the afternoon. However, Security said the courts were closed because "The courts needed a day of rest". What???? Unfortunately, the remainder of day 2 and ALL of Day 3 was solid rain. We enjoyed the gym (SECRETLY) because we were told by Security that as Cottage renters, we were not allowed to use the gym facilities and that the rental companies tell us we can, but we are not allowed. We still accessed the gym and used it. It was never crowded and plenty of equipment for a good workout. The community has 2 pools, 1 larger, 1 smaller. The larger pool is closest to this rental. It was open and crowded on Day 1. But it was closed for maintenance the remainder of our stay. This only left the small pool for the entire community. It was packed with families enjoying the water. The beach is very nice. It's a short walk from the rental. The provided beach wagon had a bent wheel. It worked well enough, but it won't roll through the sand. It will need to be carried on the beach.

"We absolutely loved this place! The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. 6.5 min walk to the beach. Wagon and chairs provided. Beautiful place and resort. You can call the security guards to send someone in a golf cart to take you to and from the beach. Please tip them! The pool by our condo was not crowded ( we were there July 4 th week too) You will not be disappointed!

"Great Stay here at Hidden Dunes. The unit is on the second floor of a two story building. Access to the community is simple right off 98. Hidden Dunes has all the right elements for a relaxing trip. A short walk to the deeded beach access was simple. Beach step up available to purchase. The property is well kept with security guards at the gate. Lots of people playing pickle ball and tennis. The pool area was extra clean. Our unit had the most well stocked kitchen! I loved all of the dishes, glassware, pots and pans and silverware. Made it extra nice. Very roomy. The loft with the bathroom and extra bedroom was perfect for two 19 year olds. The master is large with a large closet. Fun and cozy screened in patio. We had six in our group. Four college age and the two of us in our 60's. Really had a nice stay. Thank you.

"My husband and I went for the month of January and had a great time. I love the walking trail with water fountains and walked them every day to the beach. The home is very nice with plenty of room when the grandkids came to visit. close to the tennis courts, you can sit on the deck and watch them play or take a walk to the beach. So very peaceful.
