8877 Baypine Drive is located on the bay side of The Resort, just a short golf cart ride away from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features an open concept floor plan, designer décor, plush furnishings, a furnished front porch, a spacious deck, and an oversized balcony. Grab a towel and head to the beach in our 6-passenger golf cart. Or ride over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf to enjoy some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment the Emerald Coast has to offer.

The main level of our coastal cottage offers a full kitchen, a dining area, a spacious sunroom, a living area, two guest bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, and access to the side deck. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. With seating for four at the kitchen island and seating for six at the dining table, there is room for everyone. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings and a wall mounted smart TV. The cheery sunroom features a full-size foosball table and an Infinity Game Table – a touchscreen digital gaming system with over 30 games! From the sunroom, guests can access the back yard and a spacious side deck with a new gas grill. The first guest bedroom is located near the entry and is furnished with two queen beds, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” offers a built-in twin over queen bunk bed with double trundle, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

The second level of our home features a luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, and double doors leading to an oversized furnished balcony. To complete the primary bedroom, there is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanities and a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary.

Baypine is centrally located in the Resort and only a minute’s walk from the brand new and seasonally heated Owner's Association pool. This outstanding location puts guests just minutes from Jolee Island, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Marina, Grand Boulevard, and all the amazing amenities that the Resort has to offer! In addition to seven miles of waterfront, the Resort includes 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more. And with our 6-seat golf cart in addition to the resort-wide tram, fun is closer than ever before!

"A family with 3 generations and 6 people were very comfortable in your home. The fuse ball table and the electronic games table were a big bonus. The heated pool close by and the golf cart to take us to the beach were greatly enjoyed.

Wedding weekend stay

"Everything from the initial rental process to the stay to the checkout was great! We rented the house for our kids for a family wedding weekend. They enjoyed it a lot and said it was very comfortable. The house is in a great location and close to all of the festivities which were all on property.
One suggestion we have is the windows around the deck really need to be cleaned, but definitely not a deal breaker. We will rent from you guys again.

"We loved this rental! One of our favorites in the Sandestin Resort. Very clean and the decor was beautiful. Our teens enjoyed the foosball table and we all enjoyed infinity game table. Great location and having the golf cart was super helpful for getting to the beach and Baytowne. Beach Blue Properties were great when we had a question. It was perfect for our week long stay!

"The house was amazing located in the hear of Sandestin! Close to a heated pool, a gulf cart ride away from Baytown Wharf where the Sandestin Wine mixer held and also another short golf cart ride to the beach! Lives our staying. We are possibly loomed at renting it again for next year!

Great Location and great house for a family

"The location of the house was great. We could drive the golf cart included with the house to the beach and to Baytowne wharf where there was tons to do and eat. Each room had an en-suite bathroom with double sinks so it was great for our family of 6. We also enjoyed the ample seating for meals and the game table was a hit for a game night. The property manager Phyllis was quick to respond to any questions we had!

Wouldn’t rent again because of the beach

"The beach area with this house makes the house not worth it. I’ve never seen such a crowded beach in my life. It was a lot further away from the house than expected and there was ZERO room for anyone on the beach. Beach shared with multiple condos and only spots left were 4 rows back away from the beach no matter how far you walked. The entire beach is covered in their chairs you have to rent and any little space for your own chairs is far back from the water. You couldnt even walk through any sand area without having to walk around tons of people smashed together like sardines. With the price of the home, I expected a better beach experience. The house was beautiful and well kept.
