Spacious and charming one bedroom condo located at The Grand, Village of Baytowne Wharf. The zero-entry swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center are located just a few steps away. Within short walking distance is the excitement of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The resort tram picks up at the front door of the Grand and will take you right over to the beach! Tram service is complimentary with this condo.

This 6th floor, one-bedroom unit is accessible by elevator, and is comfortably furnished with a King bed. A queen sleeper sofa is conveniently located in the living room. There is ample closet space, a large HDTV and a full kitchen complete with all you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal! Guests will enjoy a spacious master bathroom featuring dual vanities and tub/shower combo as well as a second full bathroom with a shower located near the entry. Step onto the balcony and enjoy the breeze and breathtaking views of the Bay and Grand Lawn. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer and high-speed wifi is complimentary.

The Resort is the premier destination on the Emerald Coast. There are amenities galore - sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full service marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full service spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. The Wharf, in the heart of the resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer time fireworks display. For more shopping, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard boutiques border the Resort. The newly expanded Destin Commons is only minutes away.

HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Get away at Baytowne Wharf

"We had a great time. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and nice. The only issues we encountered were several large wet vacs in the hallway the entire time blowing constantly. Also we had trouble with both TVs and there were no instructions. Other than that we were very satisfied.

"This unit was perfect for my husband and myself to vacation. It was just as the pictures had shown. It was great to have two bathrooms after a day at the beach. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Warf area-we walked there each evening for ice cream. Definitely will stay there again!!

"2624 is a great little spot for a quick stay. It’s a little tight for 2 adults/ 2 kids. If you need to use the sofa bed, there is a lot of extra furniture to move out of the way. I wish there had been an actual comforter to use on the sofa bed. Unit was clean and cute. Super convenient to walk to the Baytown area, which was nice for a night out. Kitchen was sparsely stocked, so if you plan on cooking something in particular, you might need to bring it. Beach and pool were beautiful!

"My wife and I have rented at Sandestin for over 15 years with overall great results. We come to the area frequently for both business and vacation events. We like the Sandestin experience due to their high standards plus controlled access and wide variety of activities / amenities available n the area. Beach Blue vacations representatives and especially Phyllis are knowledgeable, courteous and willing to do whatever it takes for their guests to to have an enjoyable experience. Their pricing is very fair and often a substantial savings compared to renting from either Sandestin directly or other area brokers. Our unit, Grand # 2622, was comfortable, clean , and well decorated . A very minor snafu was immediately addressed by management to our 100%
satisfaction. All & all a great week at the beach for us landlocked folks from the north Atlanta suburbs. Having grown up in the hotel /motel industry, these folks are in our opinion excellent “inn keepers “.

"This is a nice unit. It's a bit small but sufficient for 2 people. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The towels were large and soft. The water pressure was great!
Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work during our entire stay despite my inquiring with the host about it. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was clean.
