Nestled beneath the palms on the lakeside of the Resort, 2444 Bungalo Lane has recently been remodeled and features designer décor, plush furnishings, an open concept living area, a screened porch and a spacious back deck with a grill and outdoor seating. Our 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach bungalow sleeps 8 and is conveniently located across the street from the neighborhood pool. Leave both keys and worries behind as you cruise around in the 6-seat golf cart or grab a towel and head to the beach for some fun in the sun!

The main level of our two-story bungalow offers a full kitchen, a spacious living area, a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a screened porch with access to the back deck. The kitchen features NEW stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. With seating for two at the kitchen bar and seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone. Our spacious and beautifully decorated living area offers plush furnishings, an HDTV with streaming and access to the screened porch and outdoor deck. The master bedroom is located right off the living area and features a comfortable king bed, an HDTV and an ensuite master bathroom with a new walk-in shower.

The second floor features a second guest bedroom, a second master suite and a large loft with a twin over double bunk bed. The second guest bedroom has 2 double beds, a SMART TV, and is convenient to the hallway bath with walk-in shower. The second master suite offers a king bed, an HDTV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For your convenience, there is a full laundry room equipped with a full-size washer/dryer located on the main floor and high-speed wireless internet is complimentary.

With the neighborhood pool and putting green just steps from your front door, fun is never far away! Located on the lakeside of the Resort, this quaint beach bungalow is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with emerald green waters and white sand beaches just a quick golf cart ride away, good times are always on the horizon at 2444 Bungalo Lane! *Thinking of bringing a pet along? NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"Perfect house for a family. Right next to the pool and putting green. The golf cart was very convenient. It made it easy to get around the entire Sandestin Resort property. Would definitely stay here again.

"The Bungalow was very nice and really pretty. We enjoyed our stay. The golf cart had an issue but was resolved. The bungalo is right across from pool so it gets a little congested at times during the busy season but overall was great.

"The pool was steps away and everything like shopping, dining , beach, and entertainment was a golf cart ride away. It was so nice but HOT! (August)

"This is the cutest house! There is no bathtub, my little one had a bit of a culture shock bc she never has taken an actual shower. And the golf cart wasn’t working the entire week we were there. That was a bummer bc driving in that area is not something we planned on doing. We had tram passes but I never even saw the tram. The house was beautiful and clean for the most part. The set up was great for our family! The back porch was screened in and that was very nice. We were right across the street from the pool which helped, especially since we didn’t get to use the golf cart! The hosts were super nice and always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend- but know- there is no bath tub, make plans for driving, and the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds is more of a loft- there is no door. That was perfect for us because we slept next to them incase they got scared being away from home!

"The home was beautiful with all the space you need for a party of 8. Pool was across the street and beach was a short drive away. Despite the company’s efforts the golf cart did not work, so we were happy that we rented a car. There is space for two vehicles in the driveway. Don’t forget your pass for the trams - they will not let you on without them.
Management had a Quick response to all of our questions! It was a beautiful neighborhood!

"This house gave us so many options for sleeping our 9 people. Four teens had a ball in the single beds upstairs—all grouped around a large TV and a comfy sofa. My disabled sister had a perfect spot on the ground floor. A visiting friend had a private space in the bunk room. All had good bathroom access. Many areas to relax—together or separate. And the golf cart was such fun. We cooked, used the grill, the pool, and had fun at nearby Baytown Village. Our “host” Neal was so helpful and quickly responsive to all my (daily!) questions. Had a great time.
