Welcome to Paradise! 545 Augusta Drive is nestled peacefully among the trees in Augusta Village, a quiet neighborhood located on the bayside of the Resort. This charming cottage comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a screened porch, an outdoor patio, an updated kitchen and NEW 6-seat and 4-seat golf carts ! With two resort pools and private beach access within 1 mile of the property, you’re never far from the water’s edge!

545 Augusta Drive is beautifully updated and features an open concept floor plan. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a floating island and updated cabinetry. Guests will enjoy an under-cabinet ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker and all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. With seating for 4 at the kitchen island and seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

Designed with relaxation in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings and an oversized Smart TV. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to a screened porch with cozy seating. There is a private patio with an outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a large Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” offers (2) twin beds, (2) full beds and a Smart TV. The “bunk room” bathroom features a walk-in shower and is accessible to the hallway. With a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and parking for 3 vehicles, convenience is key at 545 Augusta Village Drive.

This resort is truly like no other! In addition to seven miles of waterfront, the resort offers 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more. And with our 6-seat golf cart, getting there is easier than ever before!

CANCELLATION: Reservations booked through VRBO-HomeAway that are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. "The condo was perfect! We are in love with this rental! The Condo was very clean and Sooo cute! We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers:) and felt like we had so much room! We had the best time!! The weather was perfect! The management company was very helpful with any questions and even came out to fix the cable from when the power had flickered the day we arrive due to a storm! Loved the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping or just out enjoying a ride for fun! So easy! Even though it was the 4th of July it didn’t feel overly crowded! The fireworks show at the Warf was amazing as well! The golf carts made it a breeze to go see them! It was such a fun time!

"Our family vacation was perfect! The house was so thoughtfully laid out and beautifully appointed. There is even a separate ice maker to fill your cooler. We had everything we needed and more. The golf cart was perfect for trips to the beach, and we had everything available at the Sandestin resort, including groceries, so we really didn't need to drive our car for the week. The house is on a quiet street, and had so many amenities, like the outside shower. The b owners are so thoughtful. We would love to stay there again, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

"This home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was so cute and comfortable. There are so many things for the kids to enjoy in Sandestin but their favorite part is definitely the golf cart to the beach and taking it all over the community. It is such a short ride to the beach from the house on the golf cart. You really can’t get any better. Thank you to Stephanie and Neal who also made sure our visit was perfect. "We traveled with another family - 8 people total and we had more than enough room in this amazing house! The bunk room was perfect for the teens and the living area was so spacious, it was plenty of room for all of us, plus a third family traveling with us but staying in a smaller unit.
The golf cart was much slower than others, but it served the purpose. The house is within decent location to the pool, beach access and downtown.
The downside to Sandestin Resort is trying to coordinate golf cart rides where everyone wanted to go. That is no reflection of this beautiful home though.

"The property was just as good as it looks in these pictures. The shower in the primary bathroom could have fit all of us! The living room is also huge. Kids got a kick out of that surfboard coffee table and bright teal colors. The kitchen is beautiful and the island is huge. Kids loved eating at it.
This was our sixth stay in Sandestin and we had another wonderful vacation in this rental. It was more than enough space for our family of five. My eight year old was absolutely thrilled to have a king bed and his own bath to himself. The bunkbeds were so fun. Our two littles loved sleeping in them. We easily could have fit another family in the unit. If we had, I probably would rent a second golf cart. We love cruising around Sandestin in the golf cart. It's the highlight of our trip. We did two beach days and pool and Baytowne every day. None of us wanted to go home.
