Vantage Pointe at Sandestin Resort offers the most peaceful bay front setting with amazing views of the marina. With 2,421 square feet, this 5BR-3BA townhome sleeps up to 11 guests and is perfect for one large or two small families! Kick back and relax while enjoying the sparkling blue water of the bay right out the back door. Once inside, you will enjoy the spacious, bay front living room with comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for the chef in the group. The dining room table seats eight and there is bar stool seating for three. An extra dining table and four chairs makes it a pleasure to have a casual outdoor meal on the screened bay front patio.
On the first level is a guest bedroom with a queen bed adjacent to a full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs is home to the master suite which is comfortably furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, an HDTV, and a private balcony overlooking the bay. The adjoining master bathroom offers a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Just down the hallway is a queen bedroom with its own private balcony and full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. French doors provide access from the queen bedroom to a junior bedroom with a twin bed. The third floor offers a very spacious bedroom with two queen beds and a picture window that allows plenty of morning sunshine. There are two parking spaces at this unit.
The Resort is the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a short 2 miles away by tram. The Wharf, in the heart of the Resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer fireworks display. The Marina and bar are within walking distance from Baytowne Wharf and offer serene sunset views, fun drinks, and rental water sport activities. Jolee Island Nature Park is just moments away and provides picnic grounds, a grilling area, and a playground. Tram passes are provided, so step aboard the resort-wide shuttle and take a ride from Vantage Pointe to the Baytowne Wharf or the Beach.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

While we are happy to hear that you were pleased with the size and location of our home, we sincerely apologize if you were not satisfied with all aspects of your stay. We are committed to providing our guests with well-maintained vacation rentals and apologize if you were unhappy with our home. According to our records, Denise allowed your party to tour another home in the same neighborhood with the option of changing rentals. However, it was ultimately decided that it would be best to stay put. We try to be as flexible as possible, even in our peak summer months. However, we apologize that we could not make you more comfortable. We are happy to report that the owners of this unit were very receptive to your feedback and have ordered a new mattress for the master bedroom as well as upgraded patio furniture. We have also requested an inspection and deep clean. Again, we thank you for your review and ask that you accept our sincerest apologies. Julie, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. You were provided phone number to report housekeeping issues & they would have addressed any areas of concern. As far as insects The Association sprays regularly. No one else has reported anything but I will let alert them an additional treatment may be required. It is not unusual in Florida. It is a great house. Please keep us in mind for future vacation needs. Denise

Britiney, I agree, this spacious 5BR home on the bay sets the tone for a fabulous vacation. It has recently been deep cleaned in addition to departure cleans between guests with extra attention due to covid. You were provided phone# for Housekeeping to report any issues. Had you called they would have addressed any housekeeping issues. This is a 3 story home so without specifics I am unable to comment on furniture. On inspection I found accommodations met expectations for a great vacation home. Denise

Thank you for the review. Sorry you did not like the mattresses but they have been recently purchased. This is the first complaint about this but some like them soft and some like them firm so, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone to their preference. Also, had you contacted the number on call, we could have directed you to the overflow parking area. We do stock all necessary item but we could have also provided you with any kitchen items you needed had you contact us. Hopefully next time should you decide to stay, you will call the "on call" number provided so that we can assist with anything needed.
