Market Street Inn is located at The Village of Baytowne Wharf right in the heart of the Resort. The tropical swimming pool complex is the best kept secret at the Resort! With plenty of lounge seating, the swimming pool complex offers a hot tub, cold tub, grill and picnic area, a play yard, and a children's pool - all anchored by an impressive zero entry sparkling blue swimming pool.
Located on the 4th floor at Market Street Inn, this 1BR-2BA condo offers a spectacular view of the tropical pool complex. Recently updated with relaxation in mind, the tasteful décor reflects peaceful coastal colors in muted tones. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV-DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped for ease with meal preparation. The bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Conveniently located for guest’s use is an additional full bath with a shower. For added convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.
Amenities unique to Market Street Inn are a fitness center, community BBQ grills and covered parking. A quick elevator ride downstairs opens to all the action at Baytowne Wharf. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a ride to the most beautiful beach with bright white sand and clear blue water!
The Baytowne Wharf is a real delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a childrens’ playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events. Fireworks are a weekly treat on summer nights. The amenities that the Resort offers are extensive and include 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14+ tennis courts, a full marina, tennis center, and 3 championship golf courses.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Happy 10th Anniversary! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay. It is a beautiful condo, a great view and the ideal location to enjoy Baytowne Wharf. I never received an email so I am not sure where you sent it however you are correct. Vendors are on the beach daily for chair & umbrella rentals. They cannot be reserved ahead of time. As far as arrival instructions it is detailed in the welcome app "As you pull into the Village of Baytowne, parking is located on the 2nd level. Follow the signs on the walls to Market Street Inn. Gate code will be listed under "My Codes" on day of arrival". It is not the same parking lot visitors use for Baytowne. The upper lot is exclusive for guests staying there. Please do keep us in mind for your future vacation needs.

Denise, Love to read comments from first time guests. There are pros & cons for staying beachside versus bayside. I find families with children love staying in Baytowne Wharf. Everything you could want is just steps away other than the beach which is a short tram ride. There are several trams that run on continual loops with designated routes. I agree, it is more crowded than usual post travel restrictions. Please keep us in mind for future vacations. We would love to have you! Denise
