*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through SEPTEMBER 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

Located on the 18th floor of Beachside II, our newly renovated 2BR beachfront condominium offers 1385 square feet of luxurious living space overlooking emerald green waters and sugar-white beaches! Bright beach hues and vibrant tropical patterns combine with weathered wood and wicker accents to create a stylish seaside retreat perfect for your next beach getaway!

Our coastal style living room features comfortable furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a custom tile backsplash, is the perfect place to prepare a special meal to share with family and friends. And with seating for six at the dining table as well as seating for four on the private balcony, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

The beachfront master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a flat-screen HDTV, private balcony access, and oversized windows granting unobstructed beach and ocean views. Guests can enjoy an en suite master bathroom complete with a walk-in closet, double vanity, and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom, professionally decorated in breezy blues and pastel greens, offers a cozy queen bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and ample closet space. The full bathroom, conveniently located adjacent to the second bedroom, features a large walk-in shower. This unit also includes a full-size washer/dryer and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Convenience is key at Beachside II with easy access parking, convenient keypad entry, and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a private fitness center, a seasonally heated saltwater pool, a poolside tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area.

Located in the heart of the beautifully manicured Golf and Beach Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that the Resort has to offer - hassle-free!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"The condo looked just like the pictures, we loved the view! The place was clean and well maintained. We had one very minor issue and maintenance was up in just a few minutes. It was so quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay there and will stay here again when we come back.

"The unit was clean and accurately depicted. The view is amazing, gorgeous sunsets from the balcony! ! The location and proximity to nearby restaurants and outings were a major plus. The building was under renovation but did not hinder our stay. I will note that several outlets did not work, limited lighting and bulbs out and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. However, these were minor issues and we had a great stay!

"When I booked this room I didn't realize it was on the 18th floor. The view is amazing! However, the fire alarm went off on our first day there, which automatically shuts down the elevators. We were a bit trapped for a couple hours but we were fine and had a nice condo to be trapped in. I will say that the condo does smell of mold and there is no working fan in the 2nd bedroom. Other than that we had a great time, nice clean kitchen with stainless appliances. Denise the property manager, always answered her phone to answer my questions, which is very nice! Nice condo, great view, not great if there is a fire.

"My family and I enjoyed this vacation to the max. We loved being on the beach with an option of swimming in the pool. Perfect location just east of Destin. Tons of amenities and very well kept. There was some remodeling going on, but they did a great job being quiet and keeping it tidy. LOVED this condo! Brand new mattress and CLEAN!!

"We visited for a friends wedding and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, had a great view and was functional. Versus some more recent VRBO's, this condo did not have much in the way of pantry items- seasonings, sugar/sweetner, condiments, etc. I am sure there are varying degrees to how important those items are to each guest, so simply pointing it out. Our only real issue was clarity on all the codes for entry, however, a quick call to the support line and it was quickly and politely resolved.

"We had a lovely stay in this unit. It was clean. Bright during the day. Had everything we needed for our low key family. Easy access to the elevator and beach. A few closet doors needed adjustment and lighting at night could be better. But those were small issues compared to the view, the location, and price. Def recommend.

"We love the colors of the furniture, we enjoyed and had fun hanging out at the gorgeous Emerald blue water beaches with white sand. Also had umbrella and beach chairs. We cooked brunch in the kitchen had all of the appliances, all we need to do is buy foods.

"The condo was extremely nice and clean with many extras. The living room furnishings were comfy and clean. The TV was a 72” plus screen and was bigger than anything I had ever seen in a vacation rental condo. The ceilings were 10 foot ceilings which mitigated that closed in feeling you might experience with other units. Kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to cook in. This was the first time we rented from Destin Memories and were not disappointed. They were easy to work with and no problems in that regard. Tracy Cranford was especially nice and very helpful.

4370 Beachside II

"Loved the location, furniture and 18th floor view. Kitchen is outdated, but functions perfectly well. Master bedroom is extremely hot (HVAC needs work for this room), but probably due to the glass and southern exposure. Wouldn't trade the view out of the MBR, but the HVAC needs addressing.

Mattress had negative comments on other is okay. Slight dip, but not nearly as bad as others had made it out to be.
