ELATION is the complex built in The Village of Baytowne Wharf™, just steps from a variety of restaurants, shopping & entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Keurig coffee maker and has seating for four.

Accommodations include a king bed plus queen sleeper sofa.

The pool area, located in the gardens, is just steps away. Soak up the rays poolside or relax in the hot tub. The pool has been designed as zero for small children.

This condo includes easy access to a covered parking garage. Also, included is tram access for transportation to our pristine white sand beaches & emerald waters!

"Property area was within a nice gated community. It was located at a far end of the property, much further from the beach than implied, probably 2 miles away. Many rentals had golf carts included. You needed one. Size was appropriate. View minimal. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned fully. Vacuum broken. Toilet overflowed daily, in spite of having service people come. Lights I. Kitchen didn’t work properly, outlets in Bathroom weren’t working.

"Rental had everything I needed for a few nights stay. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, welcome starter packs and even beach chairs. No beach towels or coffee pods but I brought my own. Perfect unit.

"My new favorite spot at Baytowne. We’ve been vacationing here for the past 5 years at different rentals each time via VRBO. This is my new favorite condo - it was spotless, beautiful scenery , quiet and spacious for hubby and I.

Great Condo!

"We are locals and decide to come stay at Sandestin during off season on occasion. This was our first time in this rental and we loved it! Great location, clean, quiet, and a great view of the bay as well as the golf course. The app made it super easy to get in the rental as well as “check out”. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Condo

" Elation is in a great location. Very family friendly. We enjoyed the short walk down to the Bayside village to visit the bay, eat at one of the many restaurants, shop and play.
The views from our condo were stunning. To the right, we had a view of the golf course and to the left was a view of the bay. It was stunning at sunset! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. I’m going to miss sitting on the patio as well as looking out the large windows from the living room and bedroom.
The condo itself was a great size for our family of four. One of our boys slept on the sleeper sofa and we brought a blow up mattress for our oldest son.
There wasn’t any hot water at the kitchen but it wasn’t too much of a problem for us since there was a dishwasher.
We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella at the beach. That was an added bonus I hadn’t counted on. The tram ride to the beach went much smoother than I had imagined.
We plan on coming back to Elation in the future.
