One of the most beautiful beach properties in the resort! Just decorated with the newest coastal style furnishings, this three bedroom, three bath beach villa is located in Tivoli by the Sea near the beach. Park and walk right in the front door with not one stair to climb! Situated alongside the Baytowne Golf Course, across the street from the Tivoli swimming pool (seasonally heated) and a very short stroll to the Resort sandy beach, this home offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests. Take the brand new 6-seat golf cart for a spin over to the beach, the pool, the Baytowne Wharf, or just for a ride around the Resort to enjoy the Florida sun!

There is a state of the art, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with the newest Bosch stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The sunny breakfast room seats eight. For your entertainment, a beautifully decorated family room features plush seating, a 57' flat screen television, and access to the screened back porch. The master bedroom suite is tastefully appointed with luxury linens and a stunning natural stone bath with vessel sinks, whirlpool tub and rain shower. Other sleeping arrangements include a guest room which sleeps four with two double beds (no bunks) and provides its own entertainment center as well as a beautifully designed natural stone full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The third bedroom is spacious and relaxing with a king size bed, a flat screen television and it's own full bathroom with a natural stone shower.

Outside is a sunny screened-in lanai overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course with a golf course view towards the beach. You will find outdoor seating on the screened porch. For your convenience, there is a full size laundry room, and wifi is complimentary. This home is ideally located to enjoy the beauty of the Resort ... you will want to move in!

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots identified as TIV3 however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). Please contact Geronimo RV Park directly for availability and pricing at or.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. "Great location and layout for family with grandparents, parents and a toddler. The interior was very worn: kitchen lacked storage containers and usable pans (Teflon worn off and unsafe to use); kitchen outlets stopped working; one of the stove burners was not usable as it could not be turned off safely (gas burner); furniture was stained and smelly; carpets were dirty; floors under beds, couches and other furniture had not been swept; overhead lights were out and flickered; and unit overall needed painting and a deep cleaning. I answered yes on recommend but only because I assume you will take this feedback seriously and have the owner do the needed improvements!

"We just finished a wonderful week at this condo. The pictures don't do this beautiful property justice. It's much bigger inside that it appears in the pictures and it has a fantastic layout. Even though it's on the bottom floor, the ceilings are high and it's amazing that there are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths all on one level. Two parking spots are very close to the unit and the golf cart parking with charger is very convenient too.

Our biggest criticism is the quality of the bedding. The towels were brand new, but had a vinegar type smell, and the bed sheets and bedding were not great quality. The fitted sheets should have had deep pockets so that they would stay on the mattresses.

"We got an upgrade because the air had gone out on the original unit I had rented. They offered up our money back or an upgrade. We took the upgrade not knowing where we were going. When we got to the new place, all we could say was who. It was totally incredible. We could have not dreamed of anything any better. The entire resort was way above our expectations. I can not think of one negative thing to say. One of the best vacation stays I have ever had.

"The Condo was super nice and had lots of space to accommodate our family. The pools were very nice too and the one was right outside our condo, everyone enjoyed spending time with the babies swimming. Having the golf cart to get around in the resort and to travel to the beach and the wharf was awesome. My grand babies loved the rides on the golf cart and our many trips to the wharf. There’s plenty to do right there and lots of restaurants if you didn’t want to venture out of the resort. However, the location of the resort is such an easy access and a great location that we still went out to visit other places too. We’ll definitely go back for another stay there.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

"We really enjoyed our two weeks at Miramar Beach in this beautiful condo on Tivoli Drive -- so much so that we reserved it for next year. We loved being able to walk around the development including being able to walk to the beach, although we usually used the golf cart. The entire area was very well maintained. We especially enjoyed all the restaurants in the area serving really fresh seafood. We had one minor issue with the condo -- the soundbar and TV were not communicating in sync so there was a delay. When we contacted Beach Blue, the sent out a technician who fixed it promptly. Also the condo was clean although we noticed some dust bunnies and a few other things that showed the cleaners were in a hurry. You can tell that the condo is professionally decorated, although I am guessing the owner got a little carried away with abundant knickknacks everywhere. (I confess, I put some away in cupboards for our stay). We enjoyed sitting on the back porch eating or reading and watching the golfers and walkers. We also liked that we could walk to restaurants including a donut shop. And we could drive our golf cart around the entire huge development as well as to the nearby Publix grocery store and other shops.

"The property was very relaxing. The screened-in porch made for enjoying great breakfasts while watching the sun rise. Description of amenities was accurate and all items were in working order.

The golf cart came in handy when hauling all of our stuff to the beach. Vacation rental management was easy to work with and very responsive.

Housekeeping could have paid more attention to a few details but these were minor. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.

"I was looking for a nice place to take my parents on vacation to celebrate my mother's 80th Birthday & Mother's day.

I am very happy to say that we were all VERY pleased with the accommodation and location. The unit we stayed in was even better than the pictures displayed them to be. Everything was on the ground level which is what we needed for my parents.

My dad's favorite past time was sitting on the screened in porch watching the golfers.

We will definitely be back to stay here again when we take the family for vacation. We had an amazing time here and have some lasting memories with our loved ones.

"We had a great experience staying at 5284 Tivoli. Beautifully decorated unit. Clean. The front master bedroom has a pretty small bathroom and tight shower. Other than that it’s a great unit. The Best Unit on the Fairway!

"Just walking in it takes your breath away. We stayed here with my sister and her kids (4 young kids total) and the bunk room was perfect. The unit has the perfect outcropping and you watch the sun go down. We even jumped an uber to places and just walked across the fairway at night to grab it. The cart fit 6 easily and was easy to take to the beach, putt putt, and restaurant. Even a quick golf cart to grab coffee. Could have used some extra trash bags and paper towels but that was an easy fix, and property was attentive. Door dashed some favorite snacks to our porch for the just worked out so well. We were very impressed and it was a vast space.

"This is a great and spacious rental. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. It was perfect for our 9 people. Relatively quite unit as well. The golf cart made ice cream and the beach quite accessible and fun. The only complaint was the unit was quite dirty. There were several dirty dishes with eggs and tomato sauce caked on it. There were a couple of roaches so we asked to have the unit sprayed on the outside. There were a couple of dead roaches that we found inside the unit after the unit was sprayed. The kitchen cabinets had food splatter everywhere as well. We had to wipe everything down when we arrived. The sofa is quite dirty and old. There was dust and food crumbs under the cushions and under the sofa itself.

"We were in town to celebrate my best friend's 40th birthday! The space was absolutely beautiful and was located on a beautiful golf course. The place was clean and we had plenty of towels for the many showers we had to take after leaving the beach - which was only a 3 minute golf cart ride away. The couch was comfy for our movie night and if there was noise, we could never hear it within our space. We will be renting this space again, for our next trip to Destin. The owners did a fabulous job with the design of this incredible space.

"Good overall. Couple of issues-kitchen countertops had not been cleaned. Had food residue. Kitchen sink water needs to be fixed. It is backwards and you have to move the handle up and down between hot and cold before the hot “kicks in” and then it never got real hot.
