Welcome to “Endless Summer” at 759 Sandpiper Drive! This thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in the heart of the resort, just minutes from the area’s most beautiful beaches as well as nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. This spacious retreat features an open-concept floor plan, an updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and an outdoor patio overlooking the picturesque Links golf course.

The condo is beautifully decorated in calming coastal hues and features stylish décor paired with comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both functionality and style, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. A breakfast table, separate dining table, and breakfast bar provide multiple seating options for both casual meals and formal dining.

The spacious living area is designed for relaxation, with plush seating and a Smart TV. Just outside, the furnished patio offers the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the resort. Guests are also welcome to use the gas grill located on the back patio for easy outdoor dining. There is parking for 2 vehicles at this property.

Our home offers three bedrooms and two fully updated bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and Smart TV. Both guest bedrooms have convenience to a spacious hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, keyless condo entry, and a full-size washer and dryer.

At “Endless Summer”, guests enjoy access to the very best of resort-style living. In addition to seven miles of waterfront, the resort offers four championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more. The nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf features waterfront dining, boutique shops, live music, and family-friendly entertainment, while Grand Boulevard is home to upscale favorites such as Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Emeril’s Coastal, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in the country, is located just two miles from the resort.

With its prime location, golf course setting, and easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, 759 Sandpiper Drive offers a comfortable and convenient retreat—perfect for your next beach vacation.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
