Welcome to Captain's Quarters - a new, state-of-the-art luxury vacation home nestled in the heart of The Resort! This magnificent 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom getaway features an open-concept floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, a lanai-covered indoor/outdoor pool, a fully furnished patio, a full outdoor kitchen, and a separate climate-controlled bunkhouse. Our home boasts Chihuly-inspired lighting, handmade custom cabinetry, plush furnishings, designer décor and two 6-seat golf carts. And with private beach access just a quick golf cart ride away, you’re never far from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring an oversized island, top-of-the-line Viking appliances, a butler’s pantry, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. And with a 6-burner Viking gas range, a Viking double oven with French door opening, Viking Microwave, Viking dishwasher, French door Viking refrigerator with undercarriage freezer, a Breville air fryer, and a VitaMix mixer, preparing your favorite meal is easier than ever before.

Designed with relaxation in mind, the luxurious living area features plush furnishings, a smart TV, and an electric and glass fireplace. There is a spacious wet bar equipped with a Viking pellet ice maker and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor area.

The heart of this home lies in its entertainment and recreation areas. The lanai-covered indoor/outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, while poolside chaise loungers beckon you to take a seat and unwind. You'll find an inviting fireplace lounge and a full outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. Adults and children alike can engage in some friendly competition with our Spider dart board, classic 2-player cocktail table arcade and regulation-sized foosball table. And with a full-size swing set in the backyard, there is entertainment for those of all ages!

The first of two primary bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious king bed and offers direct access to the pool and lanai area. The ensuite primary bathroom features a heat-holding freestanding tub, a luminous shower with 6 separate shower heads and a wall-length sitting bench. With double vanities and dual makeup counters, guests can enjoy the utmost in luxury and comfort. The second primary bedroom also offers a cozy king bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Both the third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds and offer convenience to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The separate climate-controlled bunkhouse offers a queen and twin bed, a 43-inch TV with DVD player, a compact refrigerator, and a tall top table with 4 stools.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room and a half bath located in the outdoor area. Guests can explore the resort on our 2 beach bikes or zip around with ease in two 6-seat golf carts. This beautiful residence is located just 7-10 minutes from the beach by golf cart and minutes from the area’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. The pool may be heated for an additional $60/night, and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. The spa may be heated for $35/night. 3 days prior of arrival is the latest this may be scheduled.

The Resort offers a wealth of activities and amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Enjoy over seven miles of pristine beaches and a beautiful bay front. "It’s the kind of house that you walk in and go “WOW!” The kitchen is great and the lanai was amazing. Loved the pool. We had fun with the games. Mattresses were comfy. Great stay.
I do have a suggestion for the owner: That master bath is stunning. And I’m a neat freak. And there was not one hook anywhere for towels and bathing suits so they got draped over the sides of the tub, which I hated. Easily space for 2 hooks by the light switch. And I would put pretty hooks along the back of the shower over the bench. That’d be perfect for suits and beach towels. Something to consider.

"This is one of the few places where the pictures match what the house looked like the pictures. This place was amazing you can tell the owners take care of it. we rented this place because of its size since we were there for a family gathering. All of the other families stayed at other properties, but this place was the hang out spot. Several days we had 30 people of all ages from 5 years to 80 years old on the property and it did not see like it was crowded. The accommodations where amazing, the pool was amazing. We are already talking about going back next year. I only had one issue and that was we had to leave.

"We splurged and rented this amazing home with private pool and outdoor kitchen for our multi-generational family vacation. While the home is beautiful, there were several things we had to call maintenance about to be repaired on our trip. Broken toilet, water leaking in another bathroom, broken foosball table,ect. Also both 6 seater golf carts while nice to have, are in need of an upgrade. On one the brakes are sticking and barely work, the other the steering when is taped up and shakes while driving. Seems small but on a house this amazing and after paying so much it brought the experience down for the entire family. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the outdoor kitchen area and indoor kitchen are amazing! The rental agency did answer promptly and send maintenance out. Great communication.

Enjoyed Our Stay!!

"Overall, it was a great stay!

Challenges upon arrival:
-Freezer wasn’t operating properly, after defrosting it, it was good to go!
-Golf cart had flat tire, could not be fixed until the next day, but was fixed!
-The sun shade for the outdoor kitchen was broken, but didn’t really affect our stay.

Suggestions:
-The outdoor chairs at the kitchen bar and gaming system are very rusted, I encourage you to replace with outdoor / weather resistant furniture.
-The hot tub / spa controller needs to be replace, it doesn’t work well.
-The batteries in the outdoor fan controller need to be replaced.
-I encourage installing blackout curtains for the bedrooms, the large windows are awesome, but the light comes in very early!

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. The property management representatives were very communicative with us.

"Our family had a great time. Couple of items to consider to fix or address. The 2 bikes had flat tires and we did not text to get fixed which we should have done, the dart board did not work and again we did not text to get resolved. The pool and hot tub were nice and we did get them heated which is extra. The pool bottom which is concrete had some grooves in them which made it a little rough on the bottom of your feet and uncomfortable if you were moving alot on the bottom of the pool.

AHS Basketball Stay

"We stayed on the property while in town for a basketball tournament between Christmas and the new year. While our kids were staying in the local Hilton, we were able to use the golf carts to bus them back and forth for dinner. The property was very spacious enough to accommodate 9 boys, 11 girls, and multiple parents during our down time between games. When the kids were back at their hotel, the two familied that stayed on the property enjoyed the amenities, the location, and ease of access.
