Welcome to 727 Sandpiper Place, our delightful beach villa located at the 17th fairway of the Links Golf Course on the bayside of the Resort! This coastal getaway offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, plush furnishings, a spacious sunroom, a furnished back patio overlooking the golf course and brand new LVP flooring throughout. Embrace the true essence of resort style living as you cruise around in the 6-seat golf cart. Our premier location in the heart of the Resort is only minutes from the beach, pool, and the area’s best shops, eateries, and entertainment!

This newly updated villa features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. And with a breakfast bar and a dining table, there is enough room for everyone! Our spacious living area was designed with comfort in mind and features plush furnishings and an HDTV. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, including a desk for school or work. The sunroom is located just off the living area and offers seating for four and access to the back patio. Surrounded by lush landscaping and picturesque golf course views, the back patio is furnished with cozy outdoor seating.

727 Sandpiper Village comfortably sleeps 7 guests with three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and a newly designed ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is located across the hall and is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed. Lastly, the third guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and is convenient to the hallway bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a brand full-size washer and dryer and high speed WIFI is complimentary.

Sandpiper Village is located just 10 minutes from the beach by golf cart and just minutes from the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and all the amazing amenities that the Resort has to offer! In addition to seven miles of waterfront, the Resort offers 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more. And with our 6-passenger golf cart, getting there is a snap!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"727 Sandpiper is a great place to stay. We were there last fall for 3 weeks and loved it so much we returned again this spring for another 3 weeks! The home is light and bright, well-equipped and the location in Sandestin is perfect. It’s a huge plus to be able to take the golf cart to the beach, Publix, restaurants, shopping, and anywhere else there in the resort!

"It was awesome. No issues. Great location. Property was clean. We’ve been coming to Sandestin for 5 years now and it was our favorite. Golf carts are huge for us and it was very reliable in every way. It did have the charging cover broke off and the cover to the charging indicator light when we arrived but it didn’t affect the functionality or charging. Really great experience overall!

"This rental home was fantastic. One of, if not the best, rental experiences we've had. It's clean, huge inside, well appointed, with a nice layout for families. It's stand alone, and very quiet. Golf cart was in great shape, modern, and perfect for getting us to the beach without having to deal with the crowds in the towers. Will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend taking the golf cart west to the golf course for sunset photos on the bay.

"The property exceeded the description and pictures. It was obvious that the owners paid attention to all the little details. The unit was clean, well-maintained and organized. The property was convenient to the main entrance, beach, grocery store and restaurants. It was nice to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms on one level. The best part of the layout was the enclosed back porch. We spent time there in the morning drinking coffee and in the late afternoon watching the golfers. The owners even left food so that we could feed the ducks at the pond. The AC worked well and we had plenty of hot water. The living room was comfortable for watching movies in the evening. The golf cart was one of the best driving and updated models that we have had at our rentals on the resort. We would love to rent this property again.
