Charming lakeside 3BR-3BA coastal cottage that sleeps 8 guests! 1327 Ravens Run is situated in the picturesque enclave of Laurel Grove at the Resort. Our location is convenient to the beach entrance, the Village at Baytowne Wharf, the marina, tennis center, and all that the Resort has to offer. The Laurel Grove clubhouse features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, an exercise room and a full kitchen with an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick tram ride will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!

Tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, the updated décor reflects casual beach style. Our spacious family room is designed with a 30” cathedral ceiling, wood floors, cushy seating, and a large HDTV/DVD. French doors open to a breezy lakeside porch with outdoor seating. Enjoy preparing meals for everyone in our fully stocked updated kitchen. The patios both have seating for enjoying time outside.

The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and offers a king bed, an HDTV, and adjoins the master bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Also located on the main floor is the second bedroom with a Queen bed, an HDTV and a hallway guest bathroom featuring a large shower. The upstairs bedroom offers 2 Queen beds (not twins), an HDTV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a stacked washer and dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Our cottage is a relaxing place to spend some time at the beach! Your vacation to remember starts here at 1312 Ravens Run E at Laurel Grove.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

"We have stayed in the Laurel Grove neighborhood many times. Great location, the back porch faces the beautifully landscaped golf course. This unit was nice, well stocked kitchen, golf cart in great condition. Riding the golfcart around the Sandestin complex each day was the hi-light of our trip. The house layout was perfect for our stay. I will say the carpet is old and a bit dingy. And the living room rug had a bit of a pet odor. Overall we had a great stay!

"This property was nice. There were a few minor glitches, not major enough to call management. I do wish they would clean the carpets very well. They feel a little grungy, which can affect how you feel about the whole house. Overall -- a great experience!

"The rental home was in a great location with the San Destin resort and the use of the golf cart was wonderful! The only criticism I would give is that the kitchen rug and other carpeting are showing signs of wear and should be replaced. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed this rental.

No Grill at 1327 Ravens Run East

"This is our 3rd year staying within the confines of Sandestin and we love it! The proximity to the on property golf courses was excellent. The Laurel Grove property is quiet and the neighbors are great. We enjoyed the community heated pool, hot tub and lounging chairs in the sun. The 6-person golf cart was glitchy to begin the week and we weren’t sure we would make it back to the property from a trip over to the fitness center and Sandestin’s Westside, but otherwise good. We were disappointed as there was no charcoal grill found on property as promised. We were planning to grill a few meals, however the briquettes returned to the cold Michigan weather along with us!

"Awesome house. Kitchen well equipped. Layout of the house was conducive for my family with three kids and grandparents to stay comfortably. The back porch is beautiful and looks at the golf course. The golf cart was great to have. This is a house we are already looking to rebook. Only two negatives were no grill at the house. The HOA is very strict and will ticket if you park a wheel off the driveway. Parking is very tight.

"Had the best time at this cottage. It looked as advertised; clean with comfortable beds and couches. The two Kuerigs they had were not working, but there was a regular coffee pot. The golf cart needs a new battery as it ran slow after just one trip to the beach, but overall it was a beautiful, comfortable place and I would return!

"This house has everything you could think of and more. The beds are wonderful, the location is perfect, and our entire family enjoyed stepping off the back porch to fish with the kids at anytime. "We had an amazing vacation at 1327 Ravens Run E despite the weather and going through a tornado while we was there. The property is beautiful you don’t even have to leave the community if you don’t want to. There is amazing places to eat at over at the wharf Dude and Meatballs my kids gave a massive thumbs up to we had to eat there twice. If you go try the sizzling chicken you will not regret. You can take the golf cart over to the beach through the beach tunnel less than 5 minutes and you can go all the way up to the beach house restaurant if they have any parking. My kids enjoyed being able to fish in the front yard after a long day of being on the beach. We will be back next year for our family vacation. The only thing that was not available was a tea pitcher, and a can opener.

Wonderful Stay

"We had a lovely time in a lovely house. The beds were comfortable. We loved the rocking chairs on the porch for relaxing after a long day or drinking coffee early in the morning. There was enough room for all guests to get time together and apart. The location was close to everything. The pool was inviting. Having the use of a golf cart was an added plus.
