Capistrano #203, lovingly named "Hygge", is a designer gulf front condo nestled among the palms along 30A - just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our 2nd floor fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway offers designer décor, luxurious furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterfront balcony and unobstructed views of the glistening gulf! Guests can enjoy private beach access with complimentary beach service as well as an array of nearby restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and more!
The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops as well as stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings with a sleeper sofa, and a large SmartTV. Oversized sliding glass doors provide access to a furnished balcony and allow floods of natural light to enter this carefully curated space. The guest bedroom is furnished with a brand new king bed and has convenience to a hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is located near the entry and offers a luxurious king bed with a new mattress, an HDTV, and access to an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
For your convenience, complimentary high-speed WIFI is provided . There is a brand-new stackable washer and dryer and one reserved parking spot. Unit 203 is located on the second floor with stairway access the unit. This is a walk up unit with no elevator. *The complex only allows one parking spot per unit.
Capistrano is located off South Walton’s Scenic 30a near Camp Creek Lake and just minutes from Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. This splendid location is close to many wonderful restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and family friendly festivals. And with emerald-green waters and white sand beaches just steps away, a memorable vacation is awaiting at Capistrano #203!
Cancellation: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. There is a $500 fine for evidence of pets or smoking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our unit's amazing views, location and beach access! However, we are so if you were not pleased with the parking and bathrooms. Unfortunately, the parking lot is controlled by the HOA and does not fall under our realm of control. And although we have never received negative feedback regarding parking for our unit, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the bathrooms, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and will be sure to inquire about ways to add some additional lighting.
