Delightful Get-away in Paradise!

"The condo was refreshing, clean and well supplied! Hope to return in the future! Nothing that would keep us from returning but noticed a couple of things to suggest that would be easy to remedy.....one of the seat cushions on the comfy sofa needed mending at the seam. At some point it would be nice to replace the rug under the coffee table....could be a trip hazard. However it was a wonderful experience to call home away from home.

"Highly recommend staying here. The location can't be beat and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family of four, quiet, and just minutes from the pool, hot tub, or beach. We had one issue (a/c went out) but management company was very responsive and we had a/c back 12 hours later.

"We had a great stay- condo had sufficient kitchen supplies for cooking, was clean, had a fabulous view, plenty of seating for the size of the condo. the grounds of the condo were nice and well kept- this is our 2nd stay at this complex and we love it. the golf cart makes the stay so easy as well, never moved our car all week. If i’m
looking to complain about something it would be the refrigerator had moments of anger and was loud but nothing that interrupted our stay. the water Halo system was awesome and we did have our water shut off but placed a call per the instructions and was fixed within minutes. Minor leak under kitchen sink and maintenance fixed in a reasonable time.

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

"Lovely condo with gorgeous ocean view plus a really nice golf cart! Tiki bar at the pool had food options as well. Easy beach access and building had a gym. Golf cart was very nice to be able to explore entire resort/get to restaurants and Publix. We’ve stayed at 2 other condos in Sandestin and this one was our favorite by far. Property management texted right away with any questions.

"We had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very responsive to our requests. The condo can sleep 8 people however, we had 5 adults and it was comfortable. If you have 8 adults, it would be crowded.

"I am in property management myself, so, I understand. You buy a unit you do the minimal amount you can to make it look nice, then turn a profit. The condo was nice but the bath tubs are from 1990 as well as the rest of the shower tackle. The very least they could have done is put in glass or even plastic shower doors instead of gross shower curtains. The toilet paper holder was falling off in the master bathroom. Again, I understand these are small complaints and these condos get destroyed by roided up spring breakers. However, for the amount we pay you would think you’d have a bathtub or bathroom from this decade at the very least.
