Welcome to our tropical oasis! Our thoughtfully designed 1BR-1BA condo is located on the 15th floor of Luau I on the beach side of The Resort. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, plush furnishings, breathtaking views and all the amazing amenities that Luau I and the Resort have to offer!
At 7506 Luau I, breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and emerald blue waters are just the beginning! Our fully equipped kitchen offers a toaster, tea pot and coffee maker and is equipped with all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with bar seating in the kitchen, in addition to seating for 4 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy!
Designed with comfort in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings, spectacular views, an HDTV television and access to a breezy balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, an HDTV television and a spacious master bathroom with tub/shower combo. For guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer keyless check in, complimentary WIFI, and a washer/dryer!
Luau has one of the nicest pool complexes in the Resort. In addition to a lagoon style pool, guests can enjoy a beautiful waterfall, tropical hot tub, seasonal snack bar, and a separate kiddie pool area! Luau also offers a community grilling area and fitness center.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf on the bayside is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, and more! CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the unit clean and well-maintained overall. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the early check-in fee and the availability of parking at night. It's worth mentioning that onsite management for the complex oversees parking, and they were at max capacity during your stay and some are just coming and going. Regarding early check-ins, while we strive to accommodate our guests' needs, coordinating cleaners, inspectors, and any necessary maintenance can be challenging, especially, during the holiday. As a compromise, we offer an early check-in fee instead of charging for an extra entire day (before) if the unit is ready after 12 noon but no additional fee if after 3pm. Your feedback regarding the parking situation and the suggestion for a vehicle tag per room is noted, we can make this suggestion to the condominium association's CAM if improvements can be made. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
