Stunning townhome at Bayou Village with a 6 seat GOLF CART included! Recently updated, #627 is located on the North side of the resort, this stunning residence is perfectly situated lakeside with picturesque fountain views. Panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the marina can be enjoyed from the living area. The beach is just a 7-10 minute ride away by golf cart or tram. You may also take the golf cart to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where you will find restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment.

For a relaxing afternoon, spend some time outside on the screened porch and take in a remarkable view of the bay, lake, and fountain. The sunken family room is comfortable and inviting with new furniture! There is a new HDTV for your entertainment. Our gourmet kitchen makes it a pleasure to prepare and serve family meals. The stylish dining area offers seating for four guests, and two seats at the bar. For your convenience, there is a full bath just inside the door to make cleaning off after the beach, an easy chore! There is a stacked washer and dryer as well.

Upstairs, you'll find our master bedroom suite which offers a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely lake view. There is access to a private balcony just outside the master suite. The master bathroom has been recently updated and offers a shower/tub combo with an updated vanity. The guest bedroom features a brand new queen over queen bunk. The guest bathroom offers a brand new bathtub-shower combination.

Bayou Village overlooks a scenic lake and offers a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Marina. This is a wonderful spot to watch the summer fireworks show! There are two nearby swimming pools that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our townhome. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"This unit is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the pond in the backyard & the golf cart. I would love to have more seating in the living room. The unit was decently clean. I was able to text with beach blue when I had questions & I would recommend renting this unit to friends.

Great accommodations....not good customer service!

"Certainly do not want to subtract from the amazing time me, and my family had.. The rental was clean, spacious, and the addition of the golf cart was great. I did not feel a warm, and welcoming attitude from a few of my interactions with Beach Blue Properties customer service. The main issues were the late check in time, and early check out. If the times are to be strictly enforced, perhaps a provision could be made for guests’ luggage, other than having to pay for an off site company to watch it. Also, it is understandable to expect to bring all needed equipment to any rental. However, I did not expect to have to run out to the store to buy toilet paper. Nor did I appreciate being told via text to “refer to the guidelines”. Upon checking in, my code was not working. I was told to wait an additional ten minutes before entering it again. No apology, no explanation. I don’t regret the vacation, nor the beautiful experiences. I will be returning to the area, even to possibly purchase. But, I will not be doing any more business with this particular company.

We sincerely apologize for any negative experiences you had with our customer service. As we rent individual owners' units and do not have an office at the complex for storing luggage, we use a company that many vacation rental companies in the area use for this purpose. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Regarding the check-in time, the unit had guests before your stay and needed to be cleaned, inspected by housekeeping management, and our management team. Being the busy season, it wasn’t available hours earlier, and we apologize for that inconvenience. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper. As shared upfront and in your guidebook, we provide starter packs to get you through the first day. This is common with property management companies as well. There's a misconception that property management companies operate like a hotel and we strive to make sure our guests get as much information upfront. We’re glad you enjoyed your vacation overall and the beautiful experiences, and we hope you give us another opportunity.

"We traveled with our 4 and 16 year old. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. The rooms were great for what we needed. The pillows and bed weren't super comfortable, but we slept pretty well. There were a few minor cosmetic things that just simply needed a attention but nothing to affect our stay. The golf cart was perfect to be able to venture around the resort. We definitely want to come back.

Bayou Drive Rental

"We stayed at a Bayou Drive rental for our family Spring Break and we were very happy with the house we rented. The space was clean and it was in a great location, nearby to all the beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc. We loved that it came with a golf cart to get to all the places as well. We did have an issue with a flat tire on the golf cart but Beach Blue Properties fixed the tire in no time. The rental has a shed stocked with all the things you would want for the beach. Comes with games that my kids enjoyed playing. Watching turtles out back in the pond was a favorite as well. Even our neighbors staying next to us were very friendly. We had a great experience and would come back and stay.

"The shower curtain in the bathroom on the side with the balcony was molded and needs to be replaced. The golf cart was extremely slow and didn’t hold a charge very well. Other than that everything was perfect.

"Best rental I've had. The property was cleaner than a surgery suite! It is perfectly located in the front of the property, so in-and-out is quick and easy. The decor is tastefully updated and comfortable in soft palates. The kitchen is updated, and the washer-dryer is TOP OF THE LINE, not a tiny stacked unit where you wash one thing a time and takes 2 hours to dry! (sounds silly but it is a real convenience) It is an attached condo, but we did not hear the neighbors. And the rental mgmt company was very responsive to two minor issues. Overall: this place is a 10 in value.

Nice Home, close to pool and beach

"Very nice home with nice upgraded decor. It overlooks the lake which is nice for the kids to feed the turtles! It’s close to both pools and the beach. However, in the guest bedroom the bunk bed is very close to the ceiling. If traveling with older children it will not work. My 6 year olds were constantly bumping their heads. The guest shower doesn’t drain well so be prepared to stand in inches of water while showering. Also, if you plan on cooking there are no measuring cups, limited utensils, no scissors, so you will need to bring those. The stairs upstairs are also very steep and dangerous. Overall, we would stay here again.
