Alerio is the newest luxury condominium at Miramar Beach offering comfortable accommodations, a sparkling blue swimming pool, hot tub, and easy access to the sugar white beach right across the street. Nearby amenities include boating and fishing adventures, parasailing, jet-ski and paddle board rentals, a water park, restaurants galore, kids activities including a bumper boat/mini-car adventure zone, boutique shopping, and outlet shopping and much more.

This delightful 3BR-2BA Alerio corner condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and features a walk-out patio for privacy and relaxation. The interior is designed in coastal style with brilliant hues of blue and green reflecting the colors of the Gulf. The living space is furnished with comfy seating and offers a queen sleeper sofa. The highlight is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless appliances. Guests will enjoy meals served in the dining area with table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4.

Our master suite is designed with a king bed, an HDTV and plenty of closet space. The adjoining master bath offers a double sink vanity, a bathtub, separate shower, and a private water closet. Down the hallway is a guest bedroom with a queen, and another guest bedroom with a two twin beds. The hallway bathroom serves both guest bedrooms. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer, pack n play and complimentary WiFi. There is also beach service that includes two chairs and an umbrella with B-101!

We invite you to spend a little time at our awesome beach vacation spot….. Alerio #B102! ***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

"Very good experience, the rental was in good condition and very spacious. I did take issue with the loud and hot air return at the front door. Also there should be more towels in the unit. I have a group of seven and had to spend too much time washing and drying towels. The dryer worked poorly and squeaked.

Good location but limited parking

"The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One night the AC quit working and the host quickly responded to reset the breaker and that resolved the problem. There were 5 ladies from 4 different locations and we had 4 cars, but this location ONLY allows parking for one person, no exceptions. They recommended a lot nearby for $30 / night. One lady chose to pay and two of us found free parking in other areas, but it was a little over 1/4 mile walk. I felt that the advertisement for the condo should have done a much better job to disclose the parking costs for additional cars. Also, the security guard was very strict about parking, even during loading & unloading. The condo price was good, which is why we stayed. The pool was smaller than we hoped, but we went to the beach each day. The unit does come with two nice beach chairs and umbrella that is included (just go to beach with your unit info and it is provided each day), so that was nice!

Fall Break trip

"Miramar Beach is fantastic! The water is crystal clear, beaches are clean, great restaurants, easy to navigate and lots to do!
The condo is in an amazing location, very clean upon arrival, pool & hot tub were great.
The only disappointment was one of the bedrooms has the HVAC unit in a closet and was pretty loud for our daughter. We did contact the property management group and it was switched to the “quiet” setting which helped a little, but may want to keep that in mind if you have a light sleeper like we do (we moved both kids to the twin beds).

Perfect location- Ground level- Safe

"Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. You can walk to all of them or jump in the car for a short drive. Love that we were on the ground level. Only drawback was when our upstairs neighbors showed up you knew they were there. I’m not really complaining but if you plan on sleeping in then you’ll just have to roll the dice and hope that young kid doesn’t wake up early and run up and down the halls above you! LOL. Codes to the door, codes to get in and out when walking to the beach and a code to get in with your vehicle so it feels safe. Miramar Beach is definitely a nicer place than we were used to. We had always gone to Gulf Shores. Well I can tell you one thing, after visiting Miramar area I don’t ever have the want to go back to Gulf Shores. The beaches, water, and just the community’s nicer! *not bashing GS*. Had to call the guys who managed the place once, we had a piece fall from the ceiling (during one of thise loud stomping mornings) and they were very friendly and even answered on a Saturday morning! What are you waiting for book this place you wont regret it! Oh and the inside was nice too, vaulted ceilings, nice bathrooms and TVs in every room. We even cooked a couple of nights, everything you need is right there!

"Location! Location! Location! Our family enjoyed our stay at the Alerio. Being really close to the beach/ocean was awesome. One of the best parts of the rental was the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. Being on the first floor was nice. Condo felt spacious. Had a toilet issue which was fixed within 24 hours. Would recommend.

Month at Alerio

"This the second year we have spent a month at Alerio. We love the location as it is close to restaurants and shopping. We were happy to see a new couch and chairs in the living room. The patio furniture needs to be replaced as well. The chairs are rusted and dirty. We did need to clean the dishwasher as it had some mold and the filter was full of food. I did it myself as we arrived late on a Friday night. The grounds at Alerio are very well kept and pool and hot tub were clean. We will book again for next year.

"Everything described in marketing materials was accurate. Enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful white sand beach, gated security system & hot tub & pool on premises. The complimentary 2 beach chairs & umbrella was a plus. Be advised that a 3rd party will take down the chairs,etc., each day around 5pm local time; your name is placed on the back of the chair when you notify the applicable company when you call to arrange service. The only downside of this unit is there is no good view from the outside patio if you wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

"This was our second stay at Alerio so I knew what to expect. Our condo B101 had a trash can full of trash that smelled in the kitchen when we arrived. All comforters had sand on them so I had to clean them. The floors were so dirty our bare feet were black. I emailed the contact person and got a call from the housekeeping manager. She apologized and sent a crew to mop the floors. I am a clean freak and this place did not meet my standards. It was spacious for 5 of us and the living room furniture was nice. I just wish it were cleaner upon arrival.

"Alerio B101 is a nice unit. The beds where very comfortable but the couch and chairs where uncomfortable and need replacements. Seem to be the original furniture. We had to replace shower curtain liner in hall bathroom. The unit overall was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The location is great, close to stores and restaurants. The ground crew kept the pool and surrounding area spotless. It’s would be nice if long term renter had some basic cleaning supplies. We stayed for a month. We already booked for a month next year. I recommend Alerio.

Great Unit/ Great Location

"We rented our unit for the month of January and it was great. The unit was super and just a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex was well maintained. Blue Beach Properties were also super, responding to any concerns quickly and efficiently. Our only issue was with Vrbo and their booking fee. (We shortened our stay because of Covid and they refused to adjust their administration fee accordingly).
We highly recommend the unit and plan to return next year...

"Great time chaperoning my son and 7 college buddies. Condo was great with all the necessary items to cook. Very convenient location to restaurants and beach. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only negative was having just one parking place assigned to the unit. Other parking options were available so just a little walking to get other vehicles.
