Alerio is the newest condominium in Miramar Beach, the complex is located directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

This trendy vacation condo is designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is barstool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, a 60” flat panel HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player. Our guests will enjoy the sun and outdoor breeze on the private balcony with two chairs and a small table.

The luxurious Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed topped with a memory foam mattress, an oversized closet, and a flat-panel HDTV. The en suite Master Bath features a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat panel HDTV, colorful artwork, and an adjoining guest bath with a shower/bathtub combination.

For your convenience, the owner has added a crockpot, both types of coffee makers, a pack and play, and beach toys!

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Nice condo for girls trip, great beach location

"We had a great time staying in Alerio E201. Its proximity to the beach and security gates were ideal. The finishes and furnishings of the property were nice, however, it was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

The tray tables had a thick layer of dust, the lint tray in the dryer was full and covered in sand, there was food remnants and trash under the furniture, and the bottoms of our feet were black within the first few minutes barefoot in the property because the floors were so dirty. We got by cleaning with the provided vacuum, but no provided cleaning products whatsoever was not ideal in this situation. The property provides minimum supplies, which was fine, but there were no pot holders at all. If there’s an oven, there should be potholders, or at least more than the one provided dish towel.

Things that did not have a big impact on our stay but should be noted; the living room fan is not working (we tried every switch and pull and could not get it on), the outlet on the left side of the primary bed does not work (learned that when my phone was dead in the morning), there are two broken drawers in the fridge, and the dishwasher stopped mid-cycle and had to be restarted both times we used it.

Overall, once we got the property cleaned we had a very satisfactory stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. The proximity of the parking spot was also nice since we had a friend who is pregnant traveling with us as well. Because of the safety of the alerio condos, proximity to the beach, and comfortable furnishings of alerio E201, we would stay again.

"The room was nice and clean.. The elevator was very slow in the
building. We were unloading and got a warning to be ticketed
If we didn’t put hanger in vehicle(within 15 min)... The water had a terrible odor the first day. I wish the toilets were handicap regulated(higher)or a bar on the wall. My entire family came down and stayed..”63 people.. we’ve enjoyed staying here, but some complanied about parking, when you have 8 guest in one room but can only have one parking space .Our overall stay was good

"Great place, great location, Pool was smaller than expected but adequate. Parking was 1 car only on property no exceptions and the Gate for pedestrians was a pain in the butt!! but that was the only things that were ant issues at all. The place was beautiful and we loved it!!!!!

"Check-in was smooth and having the hospitality app allowed us to have all of the necessary information right at our fingertips...The place was perfect. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment which allowed some privacy and the place looked brand new. We never had to wait to cross the street and the beach was right there. If I had to put a negative it’s that the people above us stomped everywhere they walked. This wasn’t a bad enough issue to hinder our good time though and I would definitely stay again.

"The property was very nice. I thought we were closer to the beach, but the walk was not too far from the condo. They unit we stayed in was mostly clean. We had an issue with the pull out mattress. Since we arrived after 10pm, I called the number for housekeeping first thing in the morning. They resolved the issue within that day. The only other issue I had was the shower drain in the master bedroom, it was very slow and water filled the shower floor every time we showered. Property management was decent. They text me the day before my checkout, wanting to know what time I was leaving. They were polite, but I thought the text unnecessary, checkout was at 10, and I planned to be out by then. But I still had a great time and enjoyed our week at this condo.

My boyfriend and I spent seven nights here and hated to leave. The condo is perfectly placed along the main road that accesses the beach, but you won’t even need it because a private beach is directly across the street. This unit is on the corner, which I thought would be loud since it’s by the stairs but you wouldn’t ever know. It’s so spacious inside that you’ll never hear people in the breezeway outside. Also, the corner is an advantage as far as the balcony. There are a number of condos available, but we will definitely be booking this exact unit again.

From internet photos. This property was very secure with security guards at gate. The property was so convenient to restaurants and grocery. The beach was a 5 minute walk to the condo. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend this property when vacationing at Destin.
