Stunning views of the lake with a 6-seat golf cart included! This lovely Fairways villa offers upscale furnishings and convenience to the beautiful Owner's Association swimming pool and sugar white beach! “Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this residence.

Our gourmet kitchen is full of light. Bright and airy is what comes to mind, with an open concept, that makes cooking a pleasure. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the sunroom on the deck. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a new flat panel television, the family room is comfortable and inviting! For more living space, there is an additional sunroom over looking the multi-level deck area. There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests along with upgraded HDTV cable service and WIFI. Relax on the spacious decks out back and enjoy views of the lake! The downstairs guest bedroom features two sets of twin size bunk beds, TV, and easy access to the living area.The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort, and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. Enjoy this exceptional villa at the Fairways! NO pets allowed.

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: The unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. For additional parking, guests may use off-site paid parking at Geronimo RV Park in Miramar Beach (2.9 miles away). CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"The unit was nice. The golf cart nice. The view was wonderful. A few chairs on deck need replacing. Beds comfortable . Kitchen could use a pizza pan, cookie sheet and large pot for crab boil, otherwise well equiped. Parking is tight for two full size SUV. We would rent again.

Perfect for large families

"Family + Grandparents had plenty of room to stay. Having 3 full beds & baths were perfect. Our family loved the golfcart, much nicer than others we have had in the past. The overall house was wonderful it had everything we needed and the back deck/lake was our favorite. The turtles and fish were an added bonus. This was our third time staying in the resort and by far this was our favorite. As for sleeping comfort the upstairs bed & pillows were way better than the downstairs master. The only complaint I have is that the cleaning crew could do a better job at deep cleaning (cabinet faces, baseboards etc).

"It was great. The house was really nice. Quiet & comfortable . The golf cart had low range. At the end of our stay it would stop intermittently. We called Beach Blue & they were at our house within a half hour. Hopefully they got it fixed. Sitting on the decks in the winter was great.

"This property is the most idyllic setting for Destin / Miramar Beach trip. We loved it. There are 3 big bedrooms, 2 with large king sized beds and one with two twin beds. All bedrooms have bathrooms - two with large walk in showers and one with a bath tub and shower over the tub. There is a large well stocked kitchen full of any gadgets you’ll need for cooking. Saucepans baking trays cups plates etc. there’s a big sink and dishwasher. Large fridge freezer with ice machine and water. A dining table for the whole family, a beautiful veranda with bbq, seating, table. Watch the turtles swimming in the lake while you drink your morning coffee. Each bedroom and the living area has a tv for some quiet down time. We just adored this rental accommodation. It was absolutely perfect. We were so sad to leave

Multi Family Stay

"We had a great time, big benefit to this house was two master bedrooms, one down and one up. we traveled with another couple and 4 kids, this house accomodated us very well. there are 2 kings, 2 twins and 2 pull out beds, one is in its own room sort of, so it didnt interfere with the living space. We loved the area, san destin was super nice, peaceful and right between destin and 30a , so you get the best of both worlds. we beached at fort panic on 30a, just 5 minutes away and partied in destin, just 10-15 minutes away. Nothing wrong, toilets worked, AC worked, all amenities worked including golf cart. I see other reviews had issues, but we did not. the golf cart is only squirly in high speed gear with multiple people on it. in low gear its fine, or with 1 or 2 people in high its fine. The neighbors were not intrusive and you get two tram cards also, which will take you anywhere in sandestin, which is pretty big area, much bigger than i knew going in. would definitely recommend, we have stayed 6 times in the area, twice in other rental houses, once in resort, twice in hotels. this would be in my top 3.

"This cottage is right on the water. There wasn’t a day that we didn’t see ducks, turtles, or other birds. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to music. The golf cart didn’t work properly. The steering on it is bad and can be very dangerous to drive. We called and they sent someone out and we were told that a part would need to be ordered. I noticed that previous renters (March, 2023) had the same issue, so it doesn’t seem like they care to fix it. It seemed like it was time for exterminators to come, because on the last two days there were roaches. The second floor master bedroom is really warm. We were lucky and found a box fan in the closet, but it was still warm. The beds and pillows were not in the best shape. The toilets in the lower bathroom kept running after being flushed and we had to lift the tank lid to get the water to stop. Several of the blinds have broken pieces. Neighbors were very friendly and helped us out with some tools. Overall, it is a great location. Convenient to the beach and pools.

Quiet resort

"We had a great time there, weather happen to be warmer than expected so we used the decks a lot. Speaking of decks one of the steps has sagged and cause a tripping problem. My sister fell down the steps and pulled her arm out of her socket. Wanted you to know so you could fix it. Another problem was the silverware, their was only 3 teaspoons which did not work for us as there was 4 of us. We would have like to have more than 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel. Would have like a throw blanket as the nights do get cold. Next problem was the golf cart it steering wheel was more than I would say has some play in it. Could be dangerous if speed limit was not 12 miles an hour. Also wanted to tell you the sprinklers only work on one side and they are aimed at you back windows. Windows do not dry out, it will rot your wood. The manager was great, we had trouble with air conditioning and they came over quick and got some one to fix it. Neighborhood was great and lots of friendly people at the resort.

"The pros to this rental was location was great within the resort, the back deck was amazing, and parking was accommodating. Cons: the full time (owner)neighbor was horrible(they came out barking orders about parking,and they watched us all the time coming and going at all times of the day.They walk between your vehicles to go to the other neighbors house) House need some major updating, the downstairs toilets ran off and on all the time,house needs to be cleaned a lot better(we had to mop the floors as soon as we got there since they were so nasty),golf cart needs some attention(very dangerous to drive since there is major slop in the steering wheel felt like you are driving drunk). This is the first negative review I have had to write in the 7 years of coming to Sandestin.

Needs Updating

"The location of the property was great! But, the decor was very outdated and looked like it was pieced together. One of the bedframes in the front bedroom was either broken or not attached completely. They were also so low to the ground, not suitable for adults. The second bedroom on the ground floor also had a bedframe that was either broken or not attached completely. There were pillow but no extra pillow cases and absolutely no blankets. The tub in the bathroom next to the laundry room would not drain properly and the shower head in the bathroom upstairs shot water onto the floor. The toilet in the front bathroom would not flush as it should. The worst thing was that the floor had not been mopped. After we got settled in, some of us took our shoes off and after a few minutes the bottom of our feet were "black." For as much as the cleaning fee is, the floors should be mopped after every guest. One last thing is the issue with the lady to the right of the property, who decided to "jump" on us as soon as we got back from the grocery store on the golf cart. The location was great but the inside was less than desirable.

"This house should not be advertised as rental unit with golf cart as golf cart did not work. Reported it to Beach Blue who sent someone out who stated that cart needed new batteries that should come in soon (sounded like standard reply to renters).House A/C was inadequate to cool master on 2nd level. Furniture in house was old, worn, dirty, and needs updating. Beach access is so restricted now at Sandestin that renting a non-Sandestin property is not a good value and Sandestin property rentals are too expensive for what you get. Sandestin is too crowed now. The cleaning fee of $245 is a ripoff.

Relaxing getaway

"We stay with Beach Blue every year and always have the best time. This year was the first year we had any negatives. The plug on the extension cord for the golf cart was loose and it sparked which tripped a breaker inside the house and we didn’t have lights in 2 of the bathrooms. I called maintenance and they said they would be out the next morning. By afternoon when they still hadn’t arrived I called and was told they would be there by 6p.m. but never showed up. Also we noticed mold in one of the bathrooms. Overall we’ve had good experiences with BB.

Lots of Space!

"This is a great home with a lot of room to spread out. We usually book a 2 bd/2ba, but this unit for a similar price was 3bd/3ba. Loved to have the convenience of the golf cart, but it seemed quite doggy (slow). The biggest thing this unit could use is a broom. The kitchen could use more silverware and glasses. We loved the washer/dryer, back deck, and BBQ grill.

"This spacious villa is located in a quiet area in sandestin, yet is a golf cart drive away from beaches, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The “beachy” decor was charming. Multi decks provided plenty of outdoor space for grilling and relaxing. Having a six person golf cart was a plus and a must in the sandestin resort. Golf cart paths are convenient to most venues. Loved this area and this villa. Would suggest adding a few more pots and pans in the kitchen.

"Very cute home convenient to everything. Could definitely use some new kitchen utensils, the knives barely cut through an apple! The mattresses on the twin beds are on their last leg. "We absolutely love staying in this neighborhood in SanDestin. It is perfect for relaxing. House is in great condition and golf cart is perfect to get around the whole resort.

"Great vacation rental. Given the location some distance from the beach, having the golf cart was great. We had a problem with the golf cart, called property management and they had someone there to fix it within an hour of making the call. Very responsive.
