Fabulous renovation just completed! Brand new furnishings and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Resort. Our 9th floor condo located on the east end of the Summit at Tops'l Resort is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Just 200 yards to the sugar white sandy beach and a few steps to the tropical swimming pool.

The coastal chic living area is flooded with natural light, and is stylishly furnished in coastal décor with relaxation in mind. There is also a brand new couch for relaxing. The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors, and offers impressive views of the resort and beach. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the delightful dining area and breakfast bar seating.

The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the beach, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at The Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach, and complimentary seasonal tram service and WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent seasonally on the beach. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"We stayed in 902 summit Feb 6- March 6. We love the Tops’l area and decided to try a condo rather than a townhome this year. The view of the preserve is wonderful and we can still see the ocean. Love the pool, grill area and hot top here. Pool is protected some from the wind and also has some shaddy areas for those who can’t tolerate the sun. We were very short of silverware. Four knifes and 5 forks. Beach blue immediately took care of his and showed up with a whole new set utensils. The beds in the guest room were very very bad. We contacted beach blue and two new beds arrived a day later. So comfortable!!’The unit had the bare basics of what is needed. Really better than having the cupboard loaded with unnecessary stuff. We had plenty of room for our food storage for the month. Dishwasher made a lot of noise but that was reported the day we left so I am certain beach blue took care of that. Furniture in living area could use a cleaning( not horribly gross but just in need) . We would definetly rent this unit again. When you stay for a month it’s nice to have comfortable beds, the kitchen ware that you need and great service of beach blue. We are returning next year to summit for another 30 Days. Thank you.

Wonderful Condo for a Relaxing Family Vacation!

"My husband and I stayed with our three kids and the condo was perfect for our family. Just as wonderful as the pictures described! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and I loved having the two bathrooms between the five of us. Easy walk to the beach, the kids also loved having the pool right by us. The location was perfect, because you are just outside of the main Destin traffic, but have an easy drive to all activities. The beach was stunning and never overly crowded. We were extremely happy with this condo and will stay again if given the chance on a future vacation!

"Our stay was everything we thought it would be. Room clean , beds slept good, plenty of room for our family of 6, very nice grounds. 2 swimming pools were clean an easy to get to. Walk to beach was short. Putt putt the kids enjoyed. VRBO person a staff was very helpful. I would most definitely stay here again, loved that it was quiet, but close to restaurants, grocery stores.

"We were very fortunate to experience the month of February in this wonderful place! From the minute we walked in, we were pleased with how clean and attractive it was. It's very well stocked with everything you need. Did I mention the view? Just breathtaking! The pictures you see are exactly how the condo looks. The pool is just outside the building, and it's just a short walk to the beach. We loved it here!!

"Great condo. Decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and linens — super important when relaxing is your focus! The condo was incredibly clean- even the baseboards and ceiling fans. Yes, I pay attention to this when renting. Beach is a short walk, tram is provided but we just took the easy walk down the hill and across the boardwalk. Super nice pools. Carts were plentiful for check in and check out. David at Beach Blue was incredibly helpful with all of our needs and questions.

"I booked this as part of my wedding stay there. It was roomy and great layout. The walk to the beach wasn't terrible but it was a little jaunt. I loved that this unit provided beach chairs, it was super helpful and very useful! The pool was super convenient though! Love that there is a hot tub and grills close by as well! Only complaints were not enough cups for coffee or drinking cups in general. The door code didn't work for us on the last day.

"My friend and I rented this beautiful condo for our annual beach trip at Tops’l. The condo was beautifully decorated with an awesome view. I was a little disappointed when booking to not be right on the beach, but was pleasantly surprised when I got there and saw the beautiful view of trees and the coast.
When we first arrived we noticed quickly that the cleaning job was barely done. The kitchen counter had not be cleaned, several areas had not been vacuumed or swept, there were tiny black hairs all over the white comforter in the master and some hair in the guest bathtub. It looked as though the previous renter had a black dog. The condo itself was in great shape, so we just let it go and enjoy med our trip. There was some difficulty sleeping in the double beds room as the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Good, but not quite great

"The booking, payment and entry processes are very well managed and the pictures give a true depiction of the unit, but....
1. The furniture needs replacing. It has been WELL sat upon.
2. Dust bunnies galore in corners and under the bed.
3. Area rug in living room was not as pictured and is of poor quality.
4. Bathroom rugs were stained and probably not washed in a while, just vacuumed.
5. Tubs were VERY slippery, so we bought rubber tub mats to insure our safety.
6. Good amount of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, pots, utensils, bakeware) for your cooking needs.
7. Grounds are well maintained and we felt safe.
8. Wonderful shopping and dining experiences are very close-by.
I would recommend this property, but I hope they address the cleaning practices with the staff. They can do better. (Or at least leave me a Swiffer!)

"The location and updates to the condo were great. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy our time at the beach. There are a few things that I would have changed like adding a pantry for food and letting informing guest know that the unit has 2 chairs and an umbrella along with rafts. We ended up bringing this with us. Also I would have liked the unit to be cleaned a little better. The frig was dirty, some dishes had not been washed, along with a lot of sand on the floor. With COVID I had already planned on cleaning everything anyway though.

"Overall it was great. Just a few things that I noticed, there were no pot holders, the iron did not work and the wash cloths were really rough on the skin. Also could use a larger skillet for the large burner. Other then that is was very nice.

"When I am choosing a rental I put a lot of emphasis on the decor being relaxing and inviting. The condo has been recently renovated and it was done very well! Very nice appliances, everything we could think of needing was in the condo, balcony view was amazing- a little ocean, a little wildlife preserve with lots of trees- A LOT of privacy! Grounds were pristine, gated community gives a nice feeling of security, pools were well taken care of, walk to the beach was short. 2 full bathrooms leaves no one having to take turns. We will be back!
