Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the oversize balcony, and take in lush resort views. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex on the Resort. The Resort offers amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 1BR-1BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

"The condo was wonderful. Problem with golf cart taken care of immediately. Sandestin resort seems to be “going downhill” somewhat. Been coming for 15 years and noticing many updates need to be made. Three that jumped out at us were boardwalk over to marina, boardwalk near Hammerheads and condition of outside bar ar the Ocean House...

"Perfect in so many ways. Great for everyone but especially good for older couples. This apartment is pristine and beautiful. 305 is just around the corner from the elevator. You step out on the first floor and you're in front of the manager's office turn right and you're at the garage for your car and golf cart. Want to swim? Come out of your room, take a right and you're at the pool. Step out the front doors of the building and you're in Baytown Wharf. Lots of thing to do there. No view from the patio. It's covered with trees but who cares. You should be off exploring in the golf cart. Go shopping, play golf, see a movie all within a 10 minute drive in your cart. If I had any complaint it would have to be the beds. My cheerleader days are over and at 71, the bed was like sleeping on a board. I tried the sofa bed and the bars poked through the thin mattress. I spent the week sleeping on the sofa cushions. I didn't care, because that was comfortable enough. If I go again I'll be sure to take an air mattress to put on the bed. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every single minute. Bloody Marys, smoked salmon, bagels and strawberries for breakfast and a gorgous tropical pool. Who could ask for more. Lots of beach, sand and places to eat. Try it. You'll never want to leave.

"It was a very clean and beautiful condo. Very comfortable and quiet. Close to the exit door to go to pool. Had all the comforts of home. Would book again without hesitation. The pools are beautiful. And the courtyard is immaculate. Close to all the restaurants. And the golf cart is a VERY NICE TOUCH!!!

Management sent everything to email before our stay and we had no problem getting into the condo, fetching the golf cart, parking, finding the pool. "The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A lot of glass around, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary items. The TVs were old. We had to buy a google chromecast in order to stream through the apps. The screen door was bent allowing for insects to come in when door open. The location was noisy towards March with students and everything.
