Tucked away on the quietest street at Gulf Place, this townhouse is located steps from the Henry Court swimming pool. A short walk down the street will take you directly to the sandy white beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,850 square feet, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing, water sports, or shopping, our location offers convenience to everything “30A". For boutique shopping or dining at one of the Gulf Place premier restaurants, walk on over to Gulf Place center. Or for the sports enthusiast in the group, enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts available on a first-come, first-served basis!

Our townhouse is tastefully appointed in stylish coastal furnishings and finishes. With soaring ceilings, the living room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie, and offers a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. French doors open from the living room to a screened porch that overlooks the sparkling blue Henry Court swimming pool. The kitchen is complete with all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for eight, and there is additional bar seating for three.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, access to an outside balcony, generous closet space, and an adjoining master bathroom. With a large soaking tub, the master bath also offers a walk-in shower and double vanity. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom features two full beds recently added, and is located on the third floor. A staircase leads from the entrance area to the upstairs bedrooms. For your convenience, there is an SmartTV (no cable) in every bedroom, and the laundry room offers a stackable washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"This condo was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook, dine and entertain. The condo is complete with 2 incredibly comfortable King Size beds and a great 3rd floor loft with wonderful full size beds and television. Everything was perfect for our extended family to enjoy the beach, 30A area, and quality time together. The owners were very kind and responsive to all questions and request. "Arrived late and the set up was just as expected as we have stayed at a nearly identical unit here in Gulf Place. My 3 tweens/teens were able to spread out a bit. Only 2 full bathrooms so the loft bedroom occupants have to use an en-suite but that was ok for us. This place is well-appointed but a little tired - hardwoods needing refinished and sofa a bit worn. It did feel clean and this is very appreciated! However, IMO king and queen beds should have more than 2 pillows. And if you will be cooking at all, there are no oils or even salt and pepper. The pots and pans are nice though and the kitchen feels stocked otherwise. The absolute best part of this rental and the reason we stayed here tbh are the amenities of Gulf Place community itself. Private beach during peak spring break season with rental umbrella and chair service (at your own expense), walkable beach and restaurants (though better w bikes & maybe a gulf cart for fun), beautiful heated pool in your back yard, shuffleboard for family time, lots of green space, and no 7 pm curfew. We would stay again!

A Fabulous 4th of July Week

"The property is in an excellent location, the unit had everything we needed and more. We were 8 and all fit very comfortably. We wish they had a golfcart, but we rented one for a couple of days and explored most of 30-A. We love how close the pool was to the unit, made it so easy for everyone. We celebrated my husband's retirement at Tuscany and it was delicious. The grandkids fell in love with Parlor donuts in Miramar, we went twice. We also saw the spectacular fireworks on the Baytown Warf. We had so much fun and were sad it had to end. We would definitely recommend this property.

"This was a charming place a short walk to the beach. We loved the walk to the beach stores and ice cream shop nearby. The pool area was right out our back door and the tennis courts were close. The kitchen was well stocked, bed’s comfortable and it was immaculate. Be sure to find the private beach access. We couldn’t find it and called the property managers who told us there was only the public beach (which was very crowded). However, we found the private beach on our last day��). Would definitely stay here again!

"Talk about convenience. Easy walk to the pool,

Great Location- Especially With Kids

"This rental has a great layout especially with kids. The 3rd floor area with twin beds allows for them to have their own space to play that doesn’t disrupt the entire house. The location to the pool is ideal it is literally 12 steps from your back door. The beach is a little longer if a walk but a simple one. Beach Blue management (David) was so helpful with places to eat and navigating our needs.

"We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Henry Court. Location was good and it was a quiet area. The pool is steps away from the back porch. Beach was a short walk. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. The only thing was the main shower had some pink and black mold in it in the corners, and a bad smell in unit upon arrival. We bought air fresheners and it took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

"We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Henry Ct. Gulf Place. The property was in an excellent location. Close to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. The property itself was updated, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped & functional. The property also had games for the kids and great books to read. We appreciated that the pool & many amenities were so close. Management of the property was excellent as they responded instantly to any requests/issues. We really enjoyed this property and felt it was an asset to our time spent in Florida. A Perfect Stay

"Been to Gulf Place and the Townhomes many times over the years. This visit was the best in many ways. Due to Covid and all the paranoia over the last two years, this was what we needed. Beach Blue was the best experience we’ve ever had. The entire process was perfect. All concerns over Covid were eliminated because of the extra care. Clean, clean, clean and 8 Henry could not have been better. Even a Christmas tree lighted to greet us. Did I say clean?!? And our first time at Christmas Season. Beautiful. And the beach walks at sunset were perfect. No one in sight!! And 30A was busy with construction but the decorations all along the way were special. We could not have been more pleased. Hope to repeat again and again....provided Beach Blue gets us 8 Henry in December. And if there were 6 Stars, I would each, especially Beach Blue because how well the process worked. I have rented from the competition too many times and experienced half the night trying to get into my rented property after driving 360 miles/6 hours. Beach Blue does it right!!

Very Nice Condo

"This is a nice condo in the Gulf Place area of Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was very nicely furnished and looked great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a very large pot for some crab legs. Probably the best part of the condo was the very short distance to the pool. The pool was very nice and not too crowded. There are a few other pools on the property but we only visited this one. It was literally 25 steps away but noise or privacy was not an issue to to the trees, landscape, etc. The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike, maybe 10 minutes or so. Not bad alone, but a little tough with little ones, cooler, etc. It was nice to have the private beach access across 30A. The condo included a cart to lug things to the beach and there were some beach chairs, toys, etc. which was nice. You can rent chairs/umbrella on the beach for a very reasonable price, much less than we normally pay. Shunk Gulley is right around the corner with great food and drinks. The kids loved the coffee shop and ice cream shop. There is a liquor store right there too for supplies. One caveat is there are no main floor BR so you need to climb a set of stairs or two. It was not an issue for us but maybe someone older. The only other frustration was the wifi didn't work well and the upstairs TVs we could not get to connect or work. With some younger kids, this was not good. We had to reset the router downstairs many times. I guess it made us unplug though! Overall a very nice condo we would consider staying in again.

Convenient Property

"This was a great property. It's a corner spot across from the pool and close to the cornhole area. It's also short walking distance from the beach, a liquor store, and several restaurants. Only 3 callouts: the wifi is really slow, it would buffer often while we watched Netflix and at a certain point stopped working altogether. Second, would recommend getting a rental car as trying to catch an uber from the airport to this place is either impossible or super expensive. Third, if you're putting the address in a GPS system/app or may come up as W Henry instead of E Henry. That will get you to the same place.

"This house exceeded my expectations! The home was beautiful and spacious and perfect for what we needed! The location was top notch: pool in the backyard and a very short walk to the beach, as well as being located close to several nice restaurants. Great Updated Townhome at Gulf Place!!!

"The townhome is beautifully decoreated (recently updated). Everything has been updated and is well done. Even the provided utensils, supplies, etc. are very nice. This location is close to all of the amenities of the community - pool is just out the back door, tennis courts, corn hole, shuffle board are just as close as well. Beach is across the street fro the development, but not a long walk at all. Master bedroom and bath were great - bed is super comfortable. Only downside to bathroom is the jetted tub does not work (my daughter was super excited about using it). Would definitely stay here again. The owner and mgmt company were great to work with and super responsive!

"This townhouse was beautifully decorated and very clean. You do hear some noise from the pool at night. There were only 8 bath towels provided and when you have a family staying for an entire week you had to do laundry everyday if you wanted clean bath towels. The dryer had a very loud screeching noise that could be heard outside the townhouse. It was so loud that we couldn’t run it while we were in the townhouse. Other than those couple things, this townhouse was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in while at Gulf Place.

"This is the third time my family has stayed at this particular unit. We've always been pleased with the Gulf Place community and the service we've received with Beach Blue Properties. The unit is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen is very nice and beds are very comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return!

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse so much that we are already planning a return visit. The place is beautifully decorated. There was ample space for the five of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed to cook the meals we had planned for our stay. Most importantly the beds were really comfortable. We have stayed in beautiful properties before where the beds were awful and that has kept us from returning. The property is a short five minute walk to the gorgeous beach. It is walking distance from great shopping and delicious restaurants. While we were there we participated in their monthly wine tasting hosted by the restaurants and other businesses in Gulf Place and on our last night there we enjoyed a free concert at the Gulf Place outdoor theatre. We are looking forward to our return visit next year. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

"We loved the place!! It was beautifully decorated!! We will definitely try to stay here again!! It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the back door, tennis courts close and access to grills. Lots of places close by to walk to: dinner, coffee, and ice cream.

"We had a great time here! Beautiful townhome, close to everything. Loved the quiet area! We are not into the busy spring break crowd. This was perfect. If we wanted crazy, we could drive 15 minutes and be there! Thank you!
