Awesome beach views galore! This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 9th floor at Beachside One. Professionally designed with new stylish furnishings, an updated kitchen and newly designed bathrooms, this beachside condo offers the most comfortable and luxurious accommodations. You will be blown away by the stunning panoramic gulf views from nearly every room! In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside One features a seasonally heated swimming pool and hot tub, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, and private balcony access from the primary suite, our beautiful beachfront condo provides everything you need for a perfect vacation! This lovely property offers a king bed in the primary suite and a custom bunk bed (Twin over King + Twin Trundle) in the guest bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Hop on the golf cart or tram and take a quick spin to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

"First of all, this entire property is excellent. The amenities, pool deck, and gym are very well maintained. The whole place is kept up well. Turning to the unit itself, it is very well maintained as well. It’s obvious the owner invests in regular maintenance and upgrades. The master suite is beautiful and has a very comfortable bed and an absolutely amazing view. The unit comes with a golf cart and that makes it so convenient to get to all the shops on Grand Avenue. I highly recommend this unit and will certainly return.

"Internet was so slow I was unable to work. Elevator in building always had an issue. Mattress was rough and pillows were uncomfortable. Water pressure for shower was a joke. It was a step above a trickle.

"Our family of 3 spent the first week of April in this beautiful condo. The place is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and offers a stunning ocean view.

The condo was clean, and so were the public areas. The beach is only a few steps away and much less crowded than the public Destin beaches.

I highly recommend.

Really Great Spot!

"This was a great property, not too crowded, safe, and very family friendly. The condo was clean and had a great layout and the view was spectacular. The management service was helpful and was quick to respond via text. The golf cart was an added bonus, and made it super easy to get around to the wharf or nearby restaurants. My only complaint was the wifi, it wasn't very strong. I had to work a few times and I had better success with using a hotspot from my phone. However, the TV was fine, so not sure what the issue was. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we we would certainly come back to this property again.

"We had a great time here! The condo was beautiful and the view was unbeatable! We usually stay bayside when at the Grand Sandestin but the convenience of staying beachside and the way less crowded beach were huge pluses! We did have trouble getting into the condo when we arrived! Our door code did not work until day two! After about 5 mins on the phone we got an override code which we had to use the first day. Other than that, everything was fantastic! The gold cart was top notch as well!

Girls trip November 2023

"Condo was just as the pictures showed. Clean, comfortable, nice kitchen utensils appliances pans and dishes, great views. Our hot water tank went out but the managers were very accommodating on getting it fixed in a timely manner. We did have to use a shower in a different condo for one night but they were gracious to accommodate us. My only complaint would be that the patio chair cushions are in need of being replaced due to being in a very used and flat condition. Weather was great. Slept with my bedroom patio door open and feel asleep and woke up to the wonderful sound of the ocean! Would definitely recommend this condo. I look forward to going back!

Clean and great location, but miss the mark on the details

"First of all, I would say, this is an extremely clean condo with an outstanding location. I would personally want to our a unit such as us. My primary complaint revolves around, not providing very inexepnsivr yet important amenities, such as trash bags, toilet paper. For nearly $2500 for a four night rental, I really think they should be providing trash bags, at least one extra roll of toilet paper.

"We stayed here for a girls trip and it was fabulous! The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The balcony and window in the master provided beautiful views of the ocean. You can't beat be the location, the beach was extremely accessible. The pool and hot tub were very well kept. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the wharf and the restaurant at the resort. The management company was very responsive to emails and extremely helpful. We will be staying here again.

"This is the 4th summer we have booked this same condo! The condo is always clean, the view is beautiful and the new pool is perfect!!! The only problem we had this stay was the golf cart. One of the main reasons we book this condo is the use of a 6 seater golf cart; however, the golf cart was broken most of our stay. They did have a minimal refund fee but we still only had use of a golf cart for one day and it was not working right then.

Great beachfront condo!

"This is a great condo! The views of the beach are outstanding. The unit is well appointed, with everything you need. Would suggest that they add some tupperware (so you can take sandwiches, etc to the beach) and maybe a small cooler to use (we came by airplane, so couldn't bring one). We really liked all the amenities that Sandestin offered. And Beachside One is really nice, we loved the private beach access! Felt very safe, we would definitely come back. My other suggestion would be having some type of "map" or directory in the unit for the resort. It took us several days to figure out where things are, we only discovered the "Grand Boulevard" the last day and there was a big festival so we couldn't eat there bc it was so crowded, but we did enjoy Bayside Warf (although restaurants are mediocre), my tween and teen loved the arcade and adventure activities. Did not like the tram service, it doesn't run frequently enough, but loved getting around by golf cart. Next time I would rent my kids bikes so they could get around on their own. Overall, we had a terrific experience, the Beach Blue was VERY responsive to our emails, helped with dinner recommendations when we asked, and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a fantastic spring break!

"We had a great stay! The building is a little dated, but our unit was clean and well kept. Check in and check out was a breeze. I recommend lining up transportation to and from the airport ahead of time as Ubers seemed to be in short supply and the resort transportation company didn’t return my call. The golf cart was great, however it can’t really be taken off the resort.

"80% of the condo was updated. The best part of the stay was the beach view and direct beach access. The beds were comfortable. Some things need work. Overall the condo was clean. However, the bathroom with the sliding shower doors was dirty; we cleaned it prior to use. The bathroom doors have no locks for complete privacy the sliding glass door in the living room has no lock. The good news is you’re on the 9th floor. This still can be a safety issue for monitoring kids you may not won’t on the patio without adult supervision
One of our requirements was a golf cart. The first day the golf cart’s charger was missing which made it impossible to use as we didn’t want to get stranded. That put a damper on our excitement. Toward the end of the next day a replacement was delivered. As the golf contract states there is no reimbursement for the loss of one day
Also, the exit gate to the property remained open on multiple nights which goes against the description of secured entrance

Great Location

"The building and condo are in a great location. The condo was updated recently but not everything was working. Some of the drawers in the kitchen were not attached. The sink handles in the small bathroom were not seated properly. The living room was comfortable. The high chairs in the eating area were awkward. Easy access to beach.
