Reservations may be booked up to 18 months in advance, however rates and available properties are subject to change. For reservations booked at least 30 days prior to arrival, a down payment of 50% percent is required upon reservation. The advance payment is applied to the total cost of the rental, and is not a damage deposit.  For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival, the full cost is due upon reservation and a photo ID of the cardholder must be texted or emailed to Beach Blue (info@beachblueproperties.com).

A reservation confirmation will be sent via email along with a rental agreement and golf cart agreement (if applicable). You must sign and submit the documentation online within 3 days of reservation. In the event the signed documents and/or photo ID are not received by Beach Blue, the reservation will be cancelled according to the cancellation policy outlined in the rental agreement.

Payments may be submitted by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card.  A processing fee is included in the reservation cost for administration and processing of your reservation and is non-refundable upon cancellation.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

  1. CHECK IN TIME: 4:00pm CST       CHECK OUT TIME:  10:00am CST
    Early check-ins are not permitted.  The door key code is programmed to allow access on your dayof arrival at 4:00pm CST.  The door key code will deactivate at 10:00am CST on your day of departure.  In rare instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues and may not be ready until 5:00pm CST or later. There will be no discounts offered due to an unavoidable late check-in.
  2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
  3. This property does not allow PETS.
  4. AGE REQUIREMENT – The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. You must be able to show proper identification at check in.  We do not rent to vacationing singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent.  Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.  The maximum number of guests is limited to the advertised limit.
  5. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens (Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom) are provided in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the rental.  You must bring your own beach towels.  Towels and linens may not be removed from the unit.  A starter supply of trashcan liners, toilet paper, soap, and paper towels will be supplied.  Please bring an extra supply of bathroom supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, etc.
  6. SECURING PERSONAL PROPERTY – Beach Blue, LLC is not responsible for acts of theft or vandalism, damage to personal property, or for personal items left by the guest in the accommodation at departure. If a “left behind” item is found, and you wish to have it returned, there is a $25 service charge plus the cost of shipping.
  7. RENT DISCOUNTS – Some of our rentals include the use of a golf cart.  On rare occasions, a golf cart may not be in working order or may need repair while the guest is vacationing.  There will be no discount given for non-use of a golf cart. However, every effort will be made to repair the cart.
  8. EVICTION – Beach Blue, LLC reserves the right to evict any guest party that causes the following (but not limited to): excess noise or disturbances to neighboring guests, participation in unlawful activity such as drug use, underage alcohol use or fighting.  If law enforcement or resort security is dispatched to the property, the guest party will automatically be evicted.
  9. VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PLAN – The Vacation Rental Damage Plan is included in your total rental cost. The Vacation Rental Damage Plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to the credit card on file.  If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes damage to real or personal property of the unit resulting from inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1,500.
  10. RESERVATION DOWN PAYMENT – A reservation down payment equal to one half of the total rental cost is required upon booking if the reservation is made more than 30 days prior to the check in date. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the check in date, full payment is required upon booking.  Dates are reserved when down payment is received.
  11. FINAL PAYMENT – Final payment is due 29 days prior to arrival. We accept credit cards – VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  Your final payment will be processed to the payment method on file on the day it is due.  To change the preferred payment method, please contact our office prior to the due date for your final payment.
  12. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – In the event a hurricane or tropical storm threatens our area, evacuation instructions will be issued from the National Hurricane Center and our local officials. If a “Mandatory Evacuation” order is issued and you have purchased Travel Insurance coverage before the storm was named, a refund will be given by Generali Travel Insurance.  Beach Blue, LLC will not issue a refund of any payments due to a hurricane or storm.   Please refer to the Generali Travel Insurance information in Paragraph #14.
  13. RESERVATION CANCELLATION – Please contact our office as soon as possible if you must cancel or change your reservation. You must send written notice of cancellation to Beach Blue Properties by email to info@beachblueproperties.com. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.  Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance.  *See details below regarding Generali Travel Insurance.
  14. TRAVEL INSURANCE – Travel Insurance is available through Generali Travel Insurance Co. The plan is optional; however, we strongly recommend it. Travel insurance can help protect you from certain unexpected risks offering protection for trip cancellation, trip interruption, and travel delay. Please review the information regarding Generali Travel Insurance at www.generalitraveliinsurance.com. Please contact Generali Travel Insurance at 800-874-2442 with specific questions.  Our cancellation policy is outlined in paragraph #13 above.

Tenant agrees to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to himself/herself members of his/her party and guests (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that may be experienced or incurred in connection with our use of the rented property and community amenities.
