Disappointed! The house itself was ok, The most disappointing part was the golf carts. Before we arrived we were notified that the 4-seat cart needed a new tire. Then upon arrival we discovered the 6-seat cart was not right. Which they came and took it and never returned during our stay. The only reason we chose this house was because of the two golf carts. The first couple of days we didn’t have either cart and then we only had the 4-seat for the remainder of our stay for a group of 10 people. Very disappointing. The manager said she would refund us some money but haven’t seen a refund yet. We are understanding people and get that these things happen. All we ask is that you make it right by your renter.
