Excellent Stay at 20 Ballamore with Beach Blue Properties Miramar Beach

The place is excellent and will return in the future. We arrived early on June 10th and took advantage of the early check-in. Beach Blue was quick to respond and was excellent to get us in the unit at Noon. The $100 fee was well worth the convenience of getting in early. 6 adults and 4 grandkids ages 3 through 10. Sleeping space was excellent and grandkids loved the bunkbeds. Unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you need. We had 3 vehicles and with use of the garage had no problems fitting in. House pool was excellent and perfect for the 4 grandkids after long days at beach. New lounge chairs around pool were great. 1 minute walk to coded private access to beach. Beach is absolutely beautiful and the Avalon Estates section is not crowded at all. Rented 3 sets of chairs and umbrella from Avalon Estates beach vendor La Dolce Vita is a must and makes getting to and from beach a breeze. Neighborhood pool was great too and is an easy 6 minute walk from unit. Only one complaint and that is the pool filter motor is very loud. I sent text to Beach Blue and did not hear back. When we sat around the house pool we had to turn off the filter in order to hear each other (there is a switch located on house next to filter pump to turn if off and on). I am sure it will be replaced soon due to the bearings going out in it but it is loud. Great views from upper deck off main bedroom. Roadway in front of house is not an issue as low speed limit does not allow for road noise. Definitely a 5 out of 5 excellent place to stay.
