First of all, this entire property is excellent. The amenities, pool deck, and gym are very well maintained. The whole place is kept up well. Turning to the unit itself, it is very well maintained as well. It’s obvious the owner invests in regular maintenance and upgrades. The master suite is beautiful and has a very comfortable bed and an absolutely amazing view. The unit comes with a golf cart and that makes it so convenient to get to all the shops on Grand Avenue. I highly recommend this unit and will certainly return.
