Excellent

We stayed in 902 summit Feb 6- March 6. We love the Tops’l area and decided to try a condo rather than a townhome this year. The view of the preserve is wonderful and we can still see the ocean. Love the pool, grill area and hot top here. Pool is protected some from the wind and also has some shaddy areas for those who can’t tolerate the sun. We were very short of silverware. Four knifes and 5 forks. Beach blue immediately took care of his and showed up with a whole new set utensils. The beds in the guest room were very very bad. We contacted beach blue and two new beds arrived a day later. So comfortable!!’The unit had the bare basics of what is needed. Really better than having the cupboard loaded with unnecessary stuff. We had plenty of room for our food storage for the month. Dishwasher made a lot of noise but that was reported the day we left so I am certain beach blue took care of that. Furniture in living area could use a cleaning( not horribly gross but just in need) . We would definetly rent this unit again. When you stay for a month it’s nice to have comfortable beds, the kitchen ware that you need and great service of beach blue. We are returning next year to summit for another 30 Days. Thank you.
