You are going to love vacationing in this stunning home inspired by the luxurious Palms Springs style. On the beachside of 30a, our beach house is situated next to the swimming pool on the coveted, bike-friendly South Ryan cul-de-sac. Just 20 steps to one of two luxurious community pools, and 65 yards to the beach – there are no busy streets to cross! Seagrove Beach is within biking distance to Seaside, and a few miles from picturesque Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. Nearby local favorite restaurants include the Perfect Pig, Angelina's, Cafe 30-A, Goatfeathers and Old Florida Fish Market.

33 Palms boasts a total of four outdoor sitting areas – a nostalgic front porch, two covered balconies, plus a large sundeck off the third floor. Newly refinished hardwood floors flow throughout all three levels of this elegant home. With three KING bedroom suites and two separate bunk areas for up to 4 children, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The entrance to this home begins at the breezy front porch with a classic porch swing. Just inside, the inviting living area is furnished with a designer combination of new and vintage décor complete with comfortable seating and a 60” smart television. In the statement kitchen you’ll find stainless steel appliances, Cambria quartz countertops, a lovely tiled back splash, and open shelving. The contemporary oval dining table seats 6, and the adjacent kitchen counter bar seats 3. There is an outdoor propane grill on the side porch just outside the dining area along with a heated outdoor shower for your convenience.

The light-filled first floor bedroom features a KING bed, 35” HDTV, an attached renovated bath with encaustic tile floor, and a closet just big enough to tuck in a pack-n-play for baby’s naptime. This provides a perfect option for guests who would prefer the convenience of never having to climb stairs during their stay.

The main master suite is found on the second floor, and is the perfect hideaway outfitted with a KING upholstered bed, a 60” mounted smart TV, and a relaxing upholstered chaise lounge for afternoon reading or checking emails. The chaise doubles as a quiet napping place for a young child, or for one who prefers to sleep in the same room as his parents. The master bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in frameless glass shower, and a Jacuzzi soaking tub. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the entrance to the pool, and enjoy your morning coffee or a favorite afternoon beverage.

The second master suite is outfitted with a KING bed, a 35” HDTV, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in frameless glass shower. The hallway kid-friendly twin bunk area sleeps 2 children, and provides a dresser along with luggage storage beneath the built-in bunks. This is a perfect spot for young ones to sleep close while providing some privacy for the parents.

Bunk areas on different floors are great for separating the boys from the girls. The 3rd floor loft bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit, and is a perfect tween getaway for 2 guests with twin bunks, a 35” SmartTV with Wii (bring your own streaming device for more options), and a large sun deck that offers a peek gulf view and two classic adirondack chairs. The upstairs bunk area does not provide cable service for the television, rather, it is a perfect for dvd movies or wii gaming.
